May 2021 I purchased one silver anklet for my wife, I exchanged old and bought, after that within one month it's damaged like one anklet it's cut, then June 2021 covid lockdown announced, it's full lockdown entire stores are closed, after that it's opened in July 1st week, then I visited store and take this damaged anklet give one new pair, I explained that issue, they won't accept that, they told we can't take exchange that one if we take also consider as old one exchanging for bought new one, if you need take new one, pay amount or exchange, that wastage they calculated 24% they treated bargain customers very very worst service, Around I waited for 3 hours about that issue in showroom, manager or customer executive they won't listen our words. Very very worst customer service in Malabar gold. Before my entire family members and relatives purchase same store, after this issue I never refer to anyone to Malabar gold and diamonds.
