Its a nice tourist place people across india come here to visit Rameswaram temple.. you can find many Hotels and lodges at different prices as per your budgets.. food is ok .. I am sure there are lot of scope of improvement considering its popularity.. with few developments tourists can multiply

A huge problem of water is here.. Not so populated area.. Vendors are selling things with their own price apart from mrp.

Location and pricing was good but water is so saline no soap can give even a bit of lather and rather while bathing it becomes sticky and icky. Rooms are at convenient distance just outside the railway station. We have faced a technical booking error by being double booked, so the attendant offered a large unoccupied dorm instead of double AC room which is spacious and nice. New retiring rooms are under construction so travellers can expect better facilities in the future.

More facility could be made for the public. Many people from entire India visit the place.

Parking area for car bike... Peaceful area more secure.

Rameswaram is a town on Pamban Island, in the southeast Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It’s known for Ramanathaswamy Temple, a Hindu pilgrimage site with ornate corridors, huge sculpted pillars and sacred water tanks. Devotees bathe in the waters of Agni Theertham, off the beach east of the temple.

Too long a platform ☝️Electric buggies are operated at the will of the staff who make sure they hide around at busy moments 😞They & their mazdoor unions are powerful dishonest lobbies who take senior citizen passengers “ for a ride” at their will 😱

I'm loving this place and their weather this Dec month.

not much facilities available here. very small station, lacking amenities. Considering the importance that the place holds, it's not well developed to support or promote tourism.

Daily and weekly trains are available for different parts of India. It is well connected by road and rail ways.

they are men using the women's waiting room. when asked to leave they, they had no shame!!! they even were digging the sanitary napkins!!! I complained to the person in charge, but they did not seem to bother!!! the north indian ppl just fought back in hindi. very worst. bad experience!!

It is the terminal station.Trains are available to go Kanniyakumari,Ayodhya, and many places in India.This is the major pilgrim town and hence the station is crowded.
