am
totally
disappointed
with
this
travel
agency
in
respect
of
failure
of
commitment
given
by
Joseph
ji,
Owner.
As
the
information
given
verbally
&
through
email
but
the
driver
was
unable
to
communicate
to
us
about
the
visited
cities
system.
I
have
booked
Toyota
Innova
A/c
car
video
no.TN22CE9976
from
this
agency
for
Rameswaram,
Kanyakumari,
Madurai
and
return
to
Rameswaram
of
Rs.
17500
from
01/10/22
to
03/10/22
but
site
scene
of
Rameswaram
and
Madurai
were
not
touched
due
to
mismanagement
system
and
poor
communication
system
amongst
driver,
owner
&
customer.
They
don't
understand
Hindi
&
never
tried
to
resolve
the
moto
of
customer.
We
have
come
to
Rameswaram,
Kanyakumari
&
Madurai
after
traveling
a
long
distance
&
time
which
was
repeatedly
conveyed
to
them
but
the
owner
&
driver
not
realised
about
it.
Not
a
single
amount
he
has
discounted
even
site
scene
of
two
cities
were
not
touched.
Last
day,
the
owner
changed
the
driver
at
Madurai
while
we
were
coming
back
to
Rameswaram
and
found
the
inexperienced
driver
who
was
continuously
talking
on
phone.
It
was
reminded
to
the
driver
and
owner
but
no
action
was
taken
resulted
narrowly
escaped
from
accident.
That's
why
the
front
side
glass
of
the
concerned
vehicle
was
slightly
damaged.
Panic
situation
was
noticed
while
at
the
end
of
our
trip.
At
the
end
of
my
journey,
it
was
realised
Elite
tours
and
travels
MUST
Focus
to
satisfy
the
customer
needs
not
to
satisfy
their
own
business
by
hook
&
crook.
The
purpose
of
this
review
to
make
the
customer
awareness
of
the
real
truth
.Think
thousand
times
before
booking
this
agency.
Very
bad
experience
found.
With
reference
to
the
above
&
trailing
response
given
by
Mr.
Joseph,
still
he
is
not
able
to
understand
the
condition
&
situation
arises
from
their
driver
&
owner
themselves.
If
the
customer
is
spending
time
by
giving
his
reviews
honestly
then
the
owner
of
the
travel
agency
is
still
talking
&
imposing
their
thought
only
upon
the
discount
but
the
problem
arises
due
to
their
failure
&
wrong
commitment
system,
he
does
not
want
to
recognize
to
avoid
repetition
of
the
same.
Hence,
in
view
of
the
above
scenario,
we
never
recommend
to
allow
such
agency.
