Very poor service, order timing late biling timing 4-5 minutes and card machine is not working I think it's 1st domino's where the orders very delay , and the paneer pieces very small really bad

I ordered the cheese burst pizza on Diwali evening around 8:30pm when everyone was bursting crackers. The pizza was delivered in less than 20 mins. It was warm and tasty. Delivery guy was friendly too. I can definitely count on them for late night delivery

As a frequent customer of Domino's Pizza, I recently visited the Sirsa outlet on the occasion of Holi. However, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received and would rate my experience with only two stars. Upon arrival, I placed my order at the offline counter and waited for half an hour. After this time had passed, I discovered that the personnel who was taking my order had not actually processed it, leaving me and several other customers waiting for our food. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, and it seemed that many other customers had experienced similar issues. Overall, I found the management at this Domino's Pizza outlet to be quite poor. I felt as though I had wasted my time waiting for my food, which was ultimately never served to me. This was an unpleasant experience that left me feeling disappointed. Despite my negative experience, I hope that the management team will take notice of this feedback and take steps to improve the service at this outlet. I believe that with better management, this location has the potential to be a great place to enjoy delicious pizza and other treats. In conclusion, while my recent visit to Domino's Pizza in Sirsa left much to be desired, I remain optimistic that the management team will take steps to address these issues and improve the overall customer experience at this location.

Food was ok But packing , services were very poor :Less sauce pouches, poor packing,taking alot of time to order things

I had visited today again here this is the second time really disappointed with services. Today I order one Indi tandoori and one cheese and corn pizza. This is my take out delivery when I reached home and I open the pizza then not found chilly flakes and oregano.

It is a cosy place for pizza's fans and here,they can order delicious pizza according to their aspirations.Moreover, nowadays domino is providing good service in Sirsa and even home delivery is also available.Last thing, customer can enjoy his pizza on a comfortable chair and the behaviour of staff is very genuine.Love Domino Love Sirsa

Domino's pizzas used to be very good once but the quality and standard of their Pizzas has diminished significantly of late. Today I reached Domino’s pizza outlet in Sirsa, Haryana around 07:45 pm , I along with my wife were waiting for somebody to take the order…. To our surprise , after 10 minutes of argument with each other, one of the boys was ready to take our order ….I ordered at 08:03 pm and paid ₹1145.00 from my hard earned money . Again after sometime , I asked the staff about our order and two of them were arguing with each other that the order was ready and lying with them at the kitchen counter… to our utter surprise we got the stuffed garlic bread and choco lava cake which was not at all hot and when i asked the staff they said that they are going to change it, after 10-15 minutes I again got my garlic bread which was hot but was plain and I ordered a stuffed garlic bread…. I again went to the staff and asked about stuffed garlic bread , they said sorry by mistake they took the order to be plain garlic bread…. We also ordered four pizzas and two garlic breads for take away and we got our order at 08:50pm which was paid at 08:03pm …. With god’s grace we brought the pizzas home and guests who were eagerly waiting for the domino’s pizza were shocked to see the poor condition of the ice cold pizzas and asked if it was an original domino’s outlet ?

Awesome taste of pizza and one of my favorites was the cold drink I don't know if it's only me or not but the taste of cold drink here tastes different from others

Well domino's lost his quality and taste a while ago but the store in sirsa was in worst CANDICATOIN 1- AC weren't on 2- Not that clean *staff was helpful

3 star as we love pizza.. But this review is more of some feedback and suggestion and of course the experience. 1. Dine in/ delivery , I order pizza online, by mistake I did it Dine in and ordered. Now, there is no option to rectify it. Only option call restaurant, get it canceled and reorder it again. 2. Now if you ask to deliver it, additional charges, this doesn’t happen if I do it right away, means ordering online with delivery OR do you guys have different prices for Dine in and Delivery? I don’t think so. 3. I got no option than to go and pick the order. Now this is important. I asked for a carry bag, extra charges!! Are you serious?? No contact less things followed during pandemic ( I have to take delivery with bare hands ). Not good at all. Another aspect, event a road side street food, id take away, they do pack it without money, trust me it must be at least half the price or less as compared to what we take from the restaurants, don’t you think you should add this money, or extra bag cost, to your bill and give the customer a seemless experience.. 4. Now this is about food, the crest of the pizza is degrading in quality this days. When I lift that pizza to eat, the flour is all on my hand, is it usual, I don’t think so. Please work on it. We knows Dominos, for quality , taste and service, please maintain it and make it better.

I had pungent smell in veggis sprinkled above pizzas. Its totally spoiler. Better to try other pizzeria options with better quality atleast.

The experience of sirsa Domino's is very pathetic as compared to metro city outlets. All the things are low like service ,atmosphere, food quality. Its taste look like local pizza.

Pathetic service at store. No store manager, no heigine, no response, no respect for customers. They give water in jug and tell you to take the jug and paper glasses. No body cleans the table. Domino's should close such franchise outlets.

Invoice number - 23I7HLIW00005166 Today I ordered choco lava cake, through zomato, they were showing buy 2 get 1 free. but domino's have just delivered me 2 choco lava cakes. I contacted the branch manager but he is not ready to provide me with a total of 3 choco lava cakes. This is not acceptable. I request you to either provide me my money back or provide me my additional choco lava cake.
