Good experience while buying the product bough a MacBook Air recently, but the product was defective. I told the manager Himanshu Jain he took the mattress into his hand and responded. The process was very lengthy. But at last I got my replacement and he also offered me for a discount for 4%. In the end I got my replacement and I’m happy with that the process was long, this was not as expected but at last I got what I wanted. My MacBook is replaced now and I’m happy with that good experience but I would suggest that the processing time should be shorten and thank you to Sir Himanshu Jain that he took the mattress in his own hand and the experience was okay and I would suggest everyone to be patient and cooperative throughout the process. Process will take around a week but you will get the resolution in the end good experience but the processing time should be shorten.🙏🏼
