The house is nice, the items are nice. I would have liked more details about the man's influence on literature and revolutionary movement of the century.

One short trip to the 19th century, accompanied by one of the great Romanians (actually born in Bulgaria from a greek mother and an aromanian father according to the guide).

Now this is a really nice place. This house has some secrets and you better go there and find them. The lady working there as a guide is really nice and she knows a lot about it and about Anton Pann. If you buy the tickets, pay a guided tour also and you won't regret.

An unforgettable experience! The curator gave a very well documented, pleasant tour of this fascinating 18th century house. A must see when in Râmnicu Vâlcea!

The lady at the ticket counter offered us a very nice and instructive guidance. The museum is very small, so this chat made it much more interesting.

No place like our downtown memorial house! Great place to take some pictures, to learn about some local history (and visit) or just have a sit down and catch your breath for a while.

A little bit of history in a small traditional house. Well preserved, built in the mid 18th century, easy to find in the center area of the town. The house museum was moved on a distance of 37 meters from the initial emplacement, together with the modernization and redevelopment of the municipality center in the early 70's.

An interesting, cultural enriching experience. One of the most important places to visit in the county. The tourist guide made the visit more than enjoyable both by knowledge and amiability.

Even if we've got at the end of the visiting scjedule the guide had patience and explained us the entire house. Is small would not tale you more than 20 min to visit but is nice preserved and arranged.

Admission fee is 6 Lei for adults (cash only, no photos taken, as of February 2024). Apparently, the house was moved about 38 meters by railway to its current location. I'm glad the beauty of the old house has been preserved.
