A small hike from Deohari bill can get you here at this Beautiful lake surrounded by really green dense forest! The late itself is green when I went there! What I love about this place is the sense of calm it brings. I spent almost an hour listening to Birds chirping and watching them dance! It’s a perfect place for Bird watchers in my opinion.

Pundrik Lake Trek is 400 m long at an altitude of 2100 m, here you will find lush long grass floating above water. Every year in the month of October it is visited to celebrate Sage Pundrik’s birth anniversary. Entering the water, drinking or non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited here. Pundrik Lake trek is a short weekend trek , great for family and friends to spend time together, rejuvenate themselves and break the monotony of life.

Our route was from Delhi to Devhari via Aut ( a village on Manali highway) - Sainz- Devhari. It is 20-25 minutes trek from Devhari. Lake is surrounded by fencing and prohibited for entering in to water. Villagers have some mythological sentiments about it.

Marshy lake situated near villages of upper neuhi and deohari. Powerful place where one can lose their thoughts. Great place for meditation or for a good timeout from the world.

I must say that the experience was truly awe-inspiring. Located in the Sainj valley, this serene lake is a hidden gem that is definitely worth a visit.

A holy pristine lake surrounded by the forest and tiny village is nearby upper Neahi Village .

Interesting Lake with its grass covered surface throughout the season! Do take a complete cirumference round and go to Dadu’s cafe afterwards
