Brian is simply wonderful. He is great at tailoring the massage to my issues each visit. He has a great balance of chatting about any specific needs & checking in on how the massage is going, while also letting his client enjoy the quiet time to relax. His technique is amazing, offering a nice deep tissue massage with light stretching that is still completely relaxing. His massages have provided a lot of relief with my headaches, sinus issues and other aches and pains. I highly recommend trying his 90 minute session, but the 60 minute is also wonderful!

Darryl is the therapist I see the majority of my monthly visits. He is awesome all the time by targeting the areas that are the most tense. I always feel more relax afterwards and wish I could see him every week. Thanks again my Brother!!!

This was my 1st massage and my therapist was Brian. It was so relaxing and he ensured that he targeted my problematic areas. Like I told Brian, you have set the bar for massage therapist. If they don't do it like you they are not doing it right. I will be back for sure on my next visit to Illinois.

From start to finish, the staff was amazing! Check in was easy and the relaxation room was actually relaxing. Seth did an excellent job at a firm full body massage. He was great at listening to my concerns and apply the appropriate amount of pressure at the areas that needed it the most. It was a very soothing experience. Highly recommend!

I enjoy massage envy every month. Unfortunately the masseuse I had this month did not listen to where I wanted him to concentrate. Did kinda the same thing last time I had him but figured I’d give him another chance. Decided to switch next time

Seth gave a great massage that focused on my upper back and shoulders. Right pressure and really helped. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was just another client to get in and out. Highly recommend.

Appt was smooth and seamless. Racheal was considerate and made me feel comfortable. She also seemed knowledgeable in her trade and knew how to treat my concerns. It was successful because I noticed my shoulders were straight and my neck pain gone as I chased my wife around Menards!

Disappointed and embarrassed!! A couple of weeks ago I tried to treat my retired Navy commander to one of my 2 massages on my account. I booked the 2 massages. Upon checking out I was told I had to pay $145 + tip for my friends massage, that was a shock to me. I paid it because I didn't want to hassle this in front of my friend. I wasn't told this when I booked the two massages when I booked them. I was shocked and not happy. That is why I only gave a one star 🌟 review To me the price of $124 was outrageous 😳

Once again…Great Customer Care from beginning to end! My therapist Melissa was attentive to my concerns and I received a much needed massage that left me feeling much better than I did before arriving. Great job OFallon, IL Massage Envy Team.

Seth was polite but I honestly didn’t enjoy the full body massage at all. I specifically told him my body, mainly back was tight and tense from workouts. He didn’t relieve any of the tension in my body! He barely applied any pressure or actually massaged with his fingers; no type of muscle relief (massage techniques). It felt like I was being massaged by a child. Also his breath was bad which made it all the more difficult to relax.

Rachel was awesome. Knowledgeable, personable, and kind. I really appreciated her and enjoyed our visit. Very relaxing environment, and they even gave me a free aromatherapy for my birthday.

Rylee is always a top notch A+ massage therapist, listens to all of my needs and addresses them. The girls, as soon as you walk in, are super friendly and do a great job. I have been with Massage Envy for many many years and I have no complaints.
