The absolute worst Jack in the Box. Every time I go here it takes at least 30 minutes to get my food. I’ve been here probably 15 times and there wasn’t a single time they didn’t tell me “one moment” at the speaker, for me to sit there for 10 minutes before they took my order. The funny part is…when you pull around there NOBODY else in the drive thru. THEN after you pay, they ask you to pull around front so they can take another 15 minutes to bring you your food. Then the food isn’t even fresh. Stale tacos and cold burgers. Every single time I haven’t double checked the bag, there’s something missing. It’s so bad I only go once every few months and I make sure to touch every single item in my bag before I pull away. Pretty sad.

They didnt make the orders right. Tacos and fries were old and very greasy. The burgers were cold and the sour dough bread was not toasted. There even was a LONG BLONDE HAIR in the 50/50 fries. Took 20 minutes to get my food after ordering. Drive thru person was rude. Tacos were so old they were stuck to the wrappers. Will never go back. Sent message (via their website) to corporate and haven't heard back.

This has been our go-to JitB for several years. Last evening, and. yes, it was Thanksgiving and wanting to get out of the house and not in the mood for more turkey we decided on Jack. Relieved that it was open we got in line at the drive thru. After a nearly ten minute wait we got up to the speaker and after a couple more minutes an employee got on the speaker and announced, "We're closed". Confused since it was 7:12 which is an odd time to close and that there were cars ahead of us in line I asked why. The worker came on, curtly, and said, "What? You don't have family? and "I'm not allowed to spend time with them?" I said that we understood that, but asked why were WE the ones where the cutoff was made? Finally, in a snarky tone, he said, "Fine, what do you want?" We decided there was now ay we were going to get our food from Jack in the Box. A couple of things. If he is an employee and he's scheduled to work...whatever shift it may be. Your hours are posted. If management saw that there might be a problem, put a sign up that at 7pm (or whatever time) due to....staff shortage, holiday...whatever., we will be closed. Perfectly understandable. But that's not what happened. Alternately, he could have called his supervisor and explained the situation. And as an aside while in the military, I missed Thanksgiving AND Christmas with my family at least a dozen times so it really rubbed me raw when he said what he said. Which is why, in these situations, we thank them and give a generous tip, even at fast food joints.

There’s something shady about this location. A few weeks ago, my husband went to the drive through and waited at the speaker for over 20 minutes. He was told “One moment” and never heard from anyone again. He ended up leaving. We tried again tonight and experienced the exact same thing. Based on the similar reviews, I think someone from corporate should really take a look at this one.

Service was bad in the drive thru. Had to repeat the order numerous times and once at the window we had to wait longer than expected. All the food(4 meals) was crammed in one bag. Tacos were stale and the meat wasn't edible. Burgers were so greasy they wouldn't stay in the sandwich. Only positive was the chicken tenders... I guess if you are stoned enough anything taste good hence why snoop is on the menu!

Katherine was our drive through server. This girl was a ray of positive sunshine from beginning to end. We cam there around breakfast and were a bit indecisive about our order, but she was patient and everything was right. The second we got up to the window she greated us with a smile. A breath of fresh air when it comes to the food industry in recent times. It makes me want to choose Jack in the box over any other fast food restaurant in the area. Thank you Katherine!!

This has to be the WORST Jack in the box I have ever been to!! This location is NOT fast food! I gave it 3 strikes before this review. 1st strike; there were 3 cars in the drive thru including myself as last car and no one in the dining room. 25 minutes waiting for our food. 2nd strike; waited 15 min. for our food to receive it barely warm! 3rd strike; second in line to order ( no other cars in line ) 1 car waiting on food. Sat second for 10 min. before I backed out and left! Won't ever go back. Employees are RUDE and in NO HURRY to turn out orders!!! This franchise should be shut down or hire a whole new staff who actually care!!

Friendly staff, helpful. Food was as good as you could hope for. Great fast food. Tacos were like a sandwich dipped in ranch the best. Only reason I'm rateing 3 stars on atmosphere is because they were super slow when we came in but every table was dirty. Definitely a place to visit
