Just placed an order from out of state as to what I thought I wanted. Before the order was placed I got a personal phone call to let me know this time of year, the flowers wouldn’t look their best. So we discussed my options and she even sent me pics on what she thought I would want and not even at the highest prices! This is why I love to keep businesses local! Never order Designer's Choice as you'll get an arrangement just thrown together with no design and far from what you asked for. The value of flowers might be there and that's it. I actually sent a message with a photo on Facebook and no response. I wanted to keep it private as I didn't have time to make an actual phone call. No response there. I don't know if I can post a photo here and will try if possible.

Gorgeous arrangement Excellent service

I ordered a floral arrangement for my granddaughters 20th birthday. They went to deliver 3 hrs after me ordering to only find out that she wasn’t home ad she was to be and the delivery gal called me and worked with me to get re-delivered within 40 minutes. She did not feel good to just leave in porch as I told her to do cause I didn’t know how else to get them to her, I live in Georgia now) and she was really understanding. My granddaughter thought the lady was going to be mean cause she knocked on the door like the police but to her surprise she said behind that knock was a very nice lady. I was thrilled with everything about Flower Emporium. I called to order a funeral arrangement and the owner answered the phone and she was so nice and helpful. She said it was no problem to change the color on the arrangement I chose from the online display. I was absolutely amazed at how beautiful it turned out.
