Pathetic service. Never ever. We bought a Samsung fridge on 11th of November. The delivery was supposed to be a day after diwali i.e. 13th of November. But we got a message that the product has been delivered and we haven’t received anything. Trying to call customer care and the store as well. No communication from their side. No sign of our product that costs freaking 85K. Word to the wise, choose reliance digital.

Yesterday I went to this store to buy a laptop but I didn't like the response of the staffs, I felt they didn't want to sell. Yes, if you wear a lot of gold jewelry so you look like a rich person then this stores 2-3 sales people will give you attention. It was a very bad experience with this store it's definitely not matched with the TATA company's core values. 0 star

Got my S23 Ultra from there.. hasslefree processing and very good service by the executives. Got store discount upon that.. they called me an hour before that "sir your handset is here at store now, you can come and close the deal".

TATA Croma should focus on the Bhubaneswar branch. The Bangalore branch is way better than this. The service should improve and more verity should available. I have purchased Samsung TV on Dussehra 2023. I got very good deal.

The staff here doesn’t care. There are no salesmen in the counter. No one to assist us. We waited for 30mins at the payment counter and no one bothered to attend to our request. Even after complaining to the manager, he did not do anything.
