Always a pleasant experience during work travel when I get some snacks or drinks at Britt Shop Chile in the SCL Airport. Never had a rude staff employee in my years of travelling to this destination. FYI, those chocolates are to die for. they are so good

Had a great experience picking out some gifts here! All of the staff were friendly and helpful, a special shout-out goes to Otniel who helped me out and walked me through the whole process. I don’t speak much spanish but he was kind and patient, helping out at every step. Next time I come to Santiago I will be visiting again!

Alejandro was fantastic at helping me find gifts for family, and in the process helping me practice my Spanish (and his English). I really enjoyed working with him to find gifts to bring home, especially when all stores outside the airport were closed for Chilean Independence Day.

Dont lose your money, buying anything liquid here. This is NOT a duty free shop, so if youre flying international it will be confiscated when the airport employees search your belongings. They need to train the employees better on the rules i wasted money buying a liqueur that was taken at the boarding gate-which probably put back on the store shelf or taken home by one the bag searchers

At the Shop in the airport in Santiago I got 3 cute T-shirt from one the famous Chilean charecter "Condorito".. The sales lady Karla was very helful and patient. Thanks Karla
