It’s beautiful and tasty, a treat to the eyes and a real food for the soul! The waiters were good and the ambience has a very welcoming nature. A family dining, good service, reasonable prices, great taste!! The best part is about the rose water tissue given at the start of meal for clean drying your hands. Food is delicious, especially the kebab. One rating less because certain items on menu were unavailable. They maintain hygiene very well: masks worn by all staff, sanitization and temperature checking at the entrance, sanitization of the tables after service at each table is completed. Ambience and staff behaviour is good. Washrooms are very clean.

Perfect authentic cuisines, delicious kebabs, tried pahadi kebab and it's finominal. The ambience is perfecty delight and the experience of SHAHIness was there. The service was prompt and attentive with great gesture of staffs. I'm slightly disappointed with the Chicken dum biryani though, it wasn't the better one, too salty and oily, even the rice wasn't cooked properly.

One can scan and place order but payments are accepted as cash only. Talking about food right from starter to main course and sweetdishes including Chinese items each and every dish was perfectly cooked, well decorated and even portion was more then enough as compared to the price charged for it. Wide variety of drinks is also available and one thing to mention is that they not only have a great list of non-veg but veg meal are also equally yummy as we tried both type of foods . The foos is as always excellent. The service is also quite good, the waiters are very well behaved and are good at suggesting items when inquired. We had the Chicken Kali Mirch Soup and Hot & Sour Soup, very well cooked and ample in quantity. We also had the Tandoori Mix Platter which contained a verity lf Chicken Mutton & Fish items and the taste was up there with the best, no complaints in the food department what so ever. We tried the Stuffed Chicken Tangdi Kebab as well and it was also very well cooked and tasted delicious. I would highly recommend trying all these items.

After hearing so much about this restaurant from few of my friends and relatives that thought of giving it a try someday. It was a quite evening with very few guests. The service was really good and not only our table server, but other servers too attended us and took good care of us. The wet towel, given for hand wash was really cute, rolled and dipped in rose water. Ambiance was nice. Food was delicious. We ordered paneer gravy, kashmiri nan, kulcha & butter nan. Overall experience was very good.

The chicken pieces were perfectly cooked n properly coated with masalas n highly recommended for chicken lovers.. Mushroom salt n peeper had average taste.. In main course I have ordered Mutton Raj Darbari and Tandoori roti... The mutton pieces were tender n super delicious.. The gravy had sesame seeds which gave a different taste to the curry.. Coming to dessert I tasted Shahi tukda and Cold coffee with Icecream.. The Shahi tukda was really Shahi in taste n highly recommended for sweet lovers.. Cold coffee with icecream was obviously very good.. The staffs were well mannered n well behaved.. Service was very good n fast.. Over all 5 star for food, ambiance n service.. Did dinner in this restaurant during my Ranchi visit. Very good ambience. Staff was very polite and attentive. Service was very slow. I ordered stuff tangadi kabab, very good portion, presentation was very nice, but I find the taste was ok. The smoky sizzler flavour, i didn't like personally. I always like authentic tandoori charcoal flavour which was missing. Green chutney again mint flavour was missing. onion Salad again dissapointing. I wanted to try Dum biryani but being alone I decided not to. I also tried firni in dessert which was again ok and very small portion.

Ambience and food quality is good. Still just gave it a 2 star because never experience any worst service like I received here. Here is our detailed experience. Arrived at 8.45pm waited 15 mins to get a table which is understandable as they have to follow Covid Protocols. After the table was given to us, it took the waiter 20 mins to give us the menu. Almost after 40 mins they gave us water, which is not a sign of good service. The manager himself came to take the orders, he was running all around as I guess they were very much understaffed, Half of the menu items were not available. Asked the manager what items can me made and served faster, Few items were suggested by him. We ordered quite a few items, Chicken Mughlai was one of them and it tasted very good. Waiting time was again too long on the main course, Soya Chap was listed as their speciality it was too thick and rubbery, Neither the waiter or manager followed up on the food, how was it? how did you like it?? Basic service procedure. Definitely not what you expect. Over all experience was not that great, Sorry You lost us your customer. Please improve your service that people don't get dissapointed.

I ordered half Murg dum biryani on line and they delivered some masala rice with one tiny piece of half cooked tandoori chicken. There was no taste at all whatever they delivered. I called on their number to report about this. In response they said that this is the way biryani cooked here. Well I had biryani lot of times in past but never seen some one serving masala rice with tandoori chicken and called it as biryani. Totally spoiled the mood of having tasty biryani.

Just had best biryani in Ranchi. Name of the biryani is Moti Mahal Special Murg Biryani.

Third quality food. Will never visit again nor recommend anyone to. If you still want to, avoid biryani (=tehri) and nvr order anything which is Moti Mahal Special. You will regret it. I did. The usual paneer gravy items are unappetizing. If there is any solace, tandoori items are good.
