Excellent food. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Hot Lips in its new avatar is definitely fine dining. The live music band on some of the days adds to the memorable experience. It is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended.

All a good idea to eat at hot lips. Clelebrated my birthday here. Food was tasty 😋 Starter was very good and even the quantity was very good. Situated at the outskirts of the city, this restaurant provides quality food at reasonable price. The ambience is nice and service is good. I tried chicken handi which I can personally recommend. Overall very satisfied.

Once upon a time place used to be good joint for good food. Now they have loosen the focus. Improper sitting for families. Service needs tremendous improvement. Waiter screen like anything for order. Never the less food is quite good.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Extremely rude and misbehaving staff, the food had flies in it. They refused to take it back despite complaints, the manager doesn't even know how to properly talk to customers. Zero hospitality, tasteless food drenched in oil. Never expected this from a Hotlips restuarant. This Kanke branch is absolutely the WORST. Needs to be shut down. The staff behaviour was just downright unacceptable.

My orders and ratings- chicken kadhai (3/10) chicken chilli (1/10) chicken soup (1/10) Cheese garlic naan (1/10) Butter naan (5/10) Roti (3/10) The chicken soup had a pungent smell to it and it was literally the hardest thing to eat. I don't know what was that smell, either they put something that shouldn't be there in the soup or the chicken was old. Chicken chilli had the same foul odor. The chicken in Kadhai chicken was not that smelly but it was rubbery and leathery, very hard to chew and was definitely undercooked. The garlic naan was hard as a rock and crumbled like a papad. Unpalatable. Roti was also undercooked. Butter naan was so-so. I visited this restaurant after a long time and I remember last time when I visited the food was not this bad. There once was a time when Hot lips was know for its non-vegetarian food but I wonder how its quality went down so badly. I must say, it was my worst experience at a non vegetarian restaurant. Neither I am going back nor I recommend anyone. Please.

Very poor hospitality... Fnb staff doesn't have etiquette to talk with customer. Actually today (sunday)we came with the family for diinner. There was to much rush in the restaurant . We got the table and settled down then we have given order for soup and stater.The f& b associate who took our order he told me that soup will come immediately and rest other order will take 30 mins. I said okay considering the situation of sunday. when we didn't receive our oder after 15 mins I called the associate to whom I have given order ,he was too busy and in rush. He ignord me,Twise and thrish I tried to approach him to get my order atleast soup part but he was just ignoring me.Then I approached restaurant Manager he Was also in defending mode and not to listen anything, his approach was very rude and continuously saying it will take time due to sunday. After 30 minute we got our soup And after doing all messup other associate came to attend us and then after everything went good. But my food experience was spoiled with family. Also quality of food was very poor. Just want to say everyone avoid to go in weekend because they don't have any professional team to attend you in such situations.

One of the best food in ranchi. No doubt about it. But most pathetic and poor service. But waiters are smart. For tip they'll be always at their feet. They'll not seve even pickle and onion with parcel citing some shitt kitchen rules that of you take curry and not roti they will not give. Basic table etiquette and things ate zero in waiter. Food is excellent quality. Everything else is zero.

I ordered mix chowmin , chicken chilly , Chicken Murg Musallam and Butter naan. Chowmin came cold. And the chicken Murg Musallam is sooo pathetic in taste. No taste and watery. When I complain about the food they say next time we will take care. I am very disappointed 😞.

We ordered Chicken Boti Kebab and Butter Chicken Tikka Masala along with Naan and Fried Rice. The preparations were good and the portions were ample for a group of 4. The preparations might be a bit oily for some, so you can mention that you need extra less oil during ordering and they do get a bit less generous with the oil then. The location is a bit off the city centre, and food is not worth the drive to Kanke. Also, it might be a bit expensive compared to some other similar places. But when in Kanke one can definitely try this place. The service was prompt and the interior decent. There was a bit of a commotion at the billing counter, but rest was good.

Very poor service. They served cold food which was not possible to eat, n wen I asked to heat it they denied and also waiter was rude. Then I told to pack it. After coming back home I cooked it well then it was possible for to had it in this cold weather. Thats d reason how business falls. It's all about good service n best hospitality in these sectors. Never gonna come back and never gonna suggest anyone to visit here.
