Worst service and taste. To serve starter they took more than 40 min when they have only 40-50% occupied table. No taste in food, not at all. It seems they cook all the main course food in same gravy with same masala. All Garlic Nan ans gravy masala was half cooked. And in last, they gave finger bowl with cold water.. Everything was so Pathetic.. Ambience was good though.

Worst experience. Misbehaving staff. Just now I bought cake and cookies worth 1000. They stuffed everything in one carry bag. I said please at least give 2 bags as I have to go by bike. They started saying roughly: It is your problem not my. Should I give 10 bags or what? I was shocked as I had asked him very politely. You pay them money and then you tolerate their rough behavior? Never ever go to this place.

I order from The Best frequently and the meal combo offer is the best out there, value for money, best quality and quantity at the best price. Hands down they make the best pastas available in Ranchi and they have a really good desserts to serve too. I am blissfully happy from this place, it always makes me happy. Awesome place for vegetarian food. Tandoori momos were yummy 😋 and stuffed kulcha, best in Ranchi. Stuffing was of paneer not of potato which other restaurants normally provide. Kulchas were super soft and so easy to chew. We had panner mushroom masala with kulchaas. Trust me it failed chicken. Super yummy and quantity was fulfilling. We could not finish the vegetable and had to pack because it was more than enough for two people. We served two times, still the curry was left. They provide four pieces in one naan or kulcha. Worth spending money!! At last we had masala cold drink, tasted like kala katta gola. Was amazing in taste. Had a great lunch experience.

The quality of their cakes is degraded. In online orders via swiggy, they often send stale cakes. I ordered six wonder cake and what I received was stale and dried bread with 1 inch coating of cream/ frost. Very bad!!

I recently dined at the best restaurant and had the pleasure of trying their Paneer Lababdaar, Veg Kabab, Garlic Naan, and Roti. While the food was decent, it didn't quite meet my expectations. The Paneer Lababdaar lacked a bit of flavor, and the Veg Kabab was average. However, the Garlic Naan and Roti were delicious and well-prepared. Overall, it was an okay dining experience, but I expected more from the best restaurant.

I had ordered a Chinese platter and biryani and a pizza. It was delivered by the hotel person only. But the pizza was in a horrible condition. It as packed really in a pathetic way. Not expected from a reputed hotel . Sorry but it was so pathetic looking that it could not be eaten. My little son did not eat it. And plus it was very very very cold.

This place is quite expensive but food quality is superb..Service is fast .

We had ordered Hara Bhara Kabab, Crispy Corn Salt n Pepper and Cheese Grilled Veg Sandwich in which all of them had an awesome taste which I would like to suggest for all to taste once. Lastly I had ordered sweet lassi but it was not worth it. Crispy corn and Kabab was much appreciated by my family. I would like to visit once again for more dishes to try out as the menu was filled with variety of dishes. I loved the ambience and the fast serving process. Price is much satisfactory as compared to other restaurants nearby. I have rated 4 star as it's always there is chance to improve in every manner. Thank you.

It was fresh and juicy,but apart of these rest ambience, hospitality nd services was nt upto mark. So chances for second visit is very much minimal. I don't understand the issue with the bakeries in Ranchi, you go there and eat they serve you the best, but when you order via swiggy/Zomato, it's stale and bread of the pastry is hard like a toast. Had ordered twice and got it all stale.Stop fooling customers.

Worst food ever. Got it from Zomato. The Panner tasted like hell. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Hope this restaurant learns a lesson after losing their business. They just send me food like they are going to feed some stray animal. It was yukkkk. I had to throw it off after the first bite.
