The ambience is great with yummy 😋 food served... Service is good 😎

I am a regular Customer of this restaurant. Whether it's dining or ordering online I always choose them for their food especially biryani. But today I had a very bad experience with them. I ordered veg manchurian through Zomato, they only send gravy without any manchurian. I placed the complaint by calling them. They treated me so ill today, called me paagal kahin ki in return and when I confronted them for this, they started shouting even more. I asked for call recording they shared the another call recording of mine and then blocked me. I am highly unhappy today with the way they have treated me. They called me paagal I think they first look how ill mannered they are, how badly they have treated their regular customer.

Food taste and quality was good. Service could have been better. Waiter sometimes looked confused and also misplaced our carry bag. Overall a good experience.

The taste of food is nt at all good.I ordered for kulcha and chicken handi..Taste of chicken was worst.Price is also high as compared to taste and food quality.Nd the worst part the waiter asked for tip at the end.It was an embarrassing moment for me.He forced us to give him money even though we were not satisfied with service and food.

Tasty food, though taste could have been much better, little spicy. Had ordered Paneer Butter Masala, Tadka Dal, Tandoori Roti. Waiting time Approx. 15 mins. Ambience was neat and clean calm and goodlooking with eye comforting dim lighting .Staffs were customer friendly and polite.UPI payment option available. Overall a pleasant experience.

Waiter is very rude, I have been to this restaurant twice and after paying the bill I have given the tip to the waiter but he always says sir bas itna hi dijiyega in front of my friends, I will never visit to this restaurant again and will ask other people not to visit this restaurant every other thing is fine but that one waiter humiliates the customer ever time as I had spoken to other customers as well. And this incident has happened twice with me so from now onwards boycott silver spoon
