A place with good ambiance and location and good menu. Services are a bit laggy I would say. If they are saying 20mins consider it for 30mins. No Washroom or Wash Basins, We visited recently and since its pandemic situation we wanted to wash our hands but they said to go on 3rd floor of the Mall to wash our hands, we were NOT given Sanitizer when we entered the store so that's something bad and not expected from a Global brand. Overall it was a good experience at the store.

If u r looking for a real quality pizza and are ready to pay a relatively higher price...then it's the perfect place. Taste here is toooooo good!! A pizza lover must visit...it's far dar better than Domino's .... that's what I personally felt!

Freshly prepared, very tasty food, pricing is genuine, you get a lot more in pizza hut than dominos in terms of service, ambience, taste and everything. Best veg dishes to try- 1. Potato Crunchers 2. Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks.

The place is good for dining in. The ambience is inviting and suits both for a friend's outing style as well as a family restaurant style giving it a good balanced feel. The staff is really friendly and warm. The food is good. Apart from the pizza, the desserts are really great. The pricing is a little on the higher side.

One of the best Pizza Hut franchise - Staffs are cordial ans helpful. - Parking is available - Washroom is not available, in case you wants to use washroom you have to go to third floor of the same mall. - Ambience is good.

Please don’t purchase pizza from this store. Pizza was served without topping yet was burnt. Cold and dry. It’s better to put this money in dustbin rather than ordering from here

I went there in the evening with my brother. I simply order a Classic Chicken Pepperoni and Onion pizza (regular) as takeaway. The staff member took my order, and without informing me, he simply put chicken sausage on my pizza instead of pepperoni! I got to know this when I opened the box in my car. I went up to enquire. The staff member then told me that he didn’t have pepperoni! I asked him why he didn’t inform me earlier, to which he answered that he’d already taken the order! The problem isn’t the unavailability of the food article, but the sheer attitude of hiding information just to ensure that nothing goes wrong. PizzaHut is a professional organisation and such behaviour is not acceptable. Unfair! Don’t recommend this outlet!

It was pathetic service, the waiter taking pizza order was rude, have full of attitude. He made us waiting more than half hour just to take order..even though he ignored multiple times..lastly we had to leave without having pizza..never had such kind of experience with Pizza Hut outlet.
