There are good pizzas available here and the test is authentic Domino's like any other place. The service is decent, there is a good atmosphere here.

Very surprised. RO water is not available in Dominos Ranchi ratu road whereas it is mandatory to be available in any restaurant. You can get 500 ml bailley one water bottle here for Rs.20.

This was the worst experience ever... Staffs are talking rudely to customer... Cleaning service is also not good.. Please dont ever try this shop

Pizza mania Non veg loaded is a must try pizza....good amount of topping at a very reasonable rate...Add 2 of them and you get a free gift...(In my case a veg pizza)

Their delivery boy even after telling him to be cautious with his bike around the car, did hit my car with his bike's tyre and argued with me that it was just his tyre. Very ill behaved and senseless people are working here. The only sane person was the one working at the counter.

Its a decent pizza joint situated near Ratu Road Chowk on Harmu Road, with very less space for parking. Taste is good. They don't serve in radius of even 5km.

The location is very very far from the City Centre which is Birsa Chowk. The staff is polite.

Poor service. No ketchup, origano, chilli flakes available on table. Neither they gave it while serving at the take away point. Had to ask specifically for these necessary things over the counter.

Management is not good in the store. Have to tell the staff to clean the table..seems a shortage of staff in the store...

The service is okk here but the quality of pizza is not up to the mark. In all variant of pizza they use same sauce and cheese. In non-veg pizza the flesh is not fresh and taste is also very different. Here the parking facility is good and order is also served fast. If I consider food quality it is normal.

This place is quite small, service is okay, the music was off, after request for 4-5 times they played some music which wasn't even audible. Asked them to switch to a sports channel as some news was playing, they said they can't coz they weren't allowed to (maybe they didn't buy the sports package). We ordered pizza with extra cheese and they put so much cheese that the crust went out of shape. There was no water in the washroom. So in all ambience was not that good, pizzas are okay in taste.

Worst service i have experience i orders and after two hours also it didn't delivered.unprofessiinal staff .the store no is also wrong... very poor..never order from bunch of people who don't know how to run store..

Nice and humble staff. Great service. And pizza quality is also improved. But you have to spend more than 300 for having a good pizza.

Dinning is goot, staffs are nice in behaviour, but Domino's pricelist or product details are not available, even menu card which was provided is in Xerox copy of some other menu, even product details are not clearly visible. Please take a look on this topic else everything is good.

Worst experience ever. I was denied of the order for which I already paid. A rude staff claimed that order was not placed , but when i asked to recheck my order it was there in my bill. Very rude and arrogance behaviour tooo more than 1 hour to get one piece of order executed. Would not suggest anyone to visit this place.

Poor service. Doesn't provide drinking water. Pay money for pizza. For water you have to pay. That's horrible.

Service is good but can be better, they should not charge for carry bags as being a customer it is our legal right to ask for free carry bag. Because we pay so much for pizza including taxes then they should not charge for carry bag....

The place is good for takeaway otherwise washroom is unhygienic, dustbin is overflowing no one is take care of cleaning the dinning area , some of the staff is wearing mask and some of them is not,few of the menu is not available ,not having cups for beverage and unavailable for plain water too..very disappointed

Surely not one of the best Pizzaria (Domino's) in the town. Staffs are supportive and courteous, but everything else is Pathetic, especially the sitting arrangements. There are only two tables for more than two dining members. If the larger one is occupied and you are more than three, you will be left with on other option,but to sit beside/outside the washroom area. Definitely not a good experience.

I tried moroccan pasta pizza. It was delicious. Totally recommend. Only down side was that service was too late. Being in domino's one expect quick service but i had to wait for 40min to take my order. Also staff were not that cooperative

We visited last week. We were traveling and stopped for a quick snack. Their server was down but they stil took our order and said we can pay once the server is up. Next we had to request them for 1 hr to hand us our order which was just sitting on the counter. Very poor quality staff.. we were already exhausted by all the travelling and stopping at this place made it worse. It wasn't only for us.. I noticed they were just chatting with each other and not paying much attention to other customers as well. I have been to many Domino's outlets, rating this one the worst.

I rarely visit this visit this place though it is close to my house. I prefer home delivery. The reason being I have to face their staff. Always impolite and arrogant. Hygiene is upto the mark most of the times, so no issues regarding that. The sole reason for the downfall of this brand is their staff. The managers should take some time and train them.They must learn how to behave with their customers. A very big "NO" visiting there. Though the food is good as it was always, thanks to their chefs.
