Ok I am going to review it on the basis of some parameters like:- • INTRO:- Ok this lake was created through Anthropogenic activities. In easy words it is not a natural lake it is an abandoned quarry. • ACCESSIBLE :- Ya it is accessible but from the kamre ranchi main road you have to drive your vehicle more around 2km through kacha road and it is very rough especially 500m before the lake. Means not a well connected road. • SHOPS :- Sorry for this. This place does not have any kind of shops or restaurants. So I sincerely advice you kindly bring your own required things or stuffs. • TIOLETS :- Hehe 😁 no loo facility there. Be careful. • NOT TO DO :- The depth of this lake is sufficient enough to drown you. Kindly ignore especially if you don't know swimming. Don't litter your so called VIP culture here. Means keep the place neat and clean. Collect your garbage or wastes and throw them at a proper place. Don't stay late evening here. Overall good and peaceful place. Place is really great .. for enjoy nd have fun with friends... Taking about the place is that it is not a nature lake .. it is a stone quarry . Distance from main town is 14 km ... Not too far for enjoyment . So... Jhiri lake... The place is quite a attraction when comes to clicking pictures, shooting for some content... But otherwise is not worth going to there because you'll get botherd by the locals like they kindoff bothers you by passing comments & all... Ever the women's also... & This place will make you bored easily because there is nothing to do if you're not interested in clicking pictures or shooting... & Then this place.... Oh god it's too sad to see the place because it was a stone extraction area like there was a small Pathar that was being distroyed for making chips there was machineries & nature found his own way out to save itself & then they stopped & left the place like that only & the road is also not that good like you have to do a rough patch to get there... Like in two wheeler scooty is not that recommend... Bike & car is good enough... Although like you should visit in evening because whole day the locals will be like taking bath in there so in evening time the place will be empty...

Take the route that goes from the settlement. The other route is very Rocky. The person sitting at the back of a two wheeler will have to walk some parts while the rider rides for his life lol. The place is way too good scenery wise. Needs to be worked on it and it surely will be one of the most crowded tourist places in Ranchi. One can go with friend groups and for the first time they surely have to search a little as the roads are not good and it a little hard to find even with Google maps. I personally felt problem with safety a bit as it was too isolated. But I guess with more development and more people coming in, it will improve and will be a great spot for hangout or picnic.
