Worst case of my life. We book a hall in this hotel for my brother engagement dated 17/06/2022. They misbehaved with us. The way of talking is very poor. Guys, Never ever celebrate any occasion in this hotel. Literally, you and your whole family will suffer. I'm goin to complain in consumer forum. They have to pay for this. The food quality is very poor.

This is the second time i have visited the Restaurant. The food is tasty but the compare to last time the service is not good, specially the managers are rude and they are keep asking ho gaya sir, ho gaya sir, they should know that first they need to serve the ordered item . not at all happy with the service. The price they have charged is not matching with the service given by their managers. please think once before visiting this Restaurant.

Raso has a beautiful multi cuisine restaurant and a separate bar. Morning BF buffet costs 300 plus tax. Good one. Both Veg & Non veg dishes options are available after 11 am. Neat and clean restaurant. Stay and function hall also available.

I went to the property for a birthday dinner with my freinds.They are having rooms resturant and bar.parking facility is good here with free parking.The food was ok as we had the dinner in the open terrace sitting where the view of airport is clear.I won't say that the food is amazing but it's good.Service and behavior of staff was good.

I honestly had no idea this was just a "2 Star" hotel. If I had to judge this by the level of service and amenities provided, I'd have easily assumed it was at least a 3 or maybe even 4 star hotel! Stayed here with a friend for 2 days. The room service, housekeeping, and dining services were all excellent, and so were the rooms and amenities! The first thing we ordered was tea, and it was provided with the utmost care and prepared extremely well. The dining staff was also courteous enough to entertain food and drinks for us even though it was past their timing. We'd arrived late due to flights being delayed, but the staff was very happy to take a cumulative order from us for dinner and drinks before closing for the day. I'd like to give a shout out to Mr. Dasarath (apologies if I've spelt the name incorrectly!) who took our dinner and drinks order, and was super helpful with letting us choose the best options from all the available items. We also appreciated the room service staff, who were always prompt and polite! That said, I'd like to take a star off for 2 issues we faced: The shower wasn't working properly, and hot water was no available. Since it was extremely cold here in Ranchi, this was a little disappointing. However, I'm not deciding anymore stars because we were quickly provided with hot water buckets just in time. Again - super efficient staff! The WiFi coverage also needs improvement. Might I suggest investing in some quality grade signal extenders? The complementary breakfast was also quite enjoyable. Overall, really enjoyed the stay here!

The hotel service was awesome. they are very good at making paneer.Rumali roti is a little bit rough (crispy). They do awesome event management. I traveled to this hotel through volunteering in an event so I say this. Overall a nice experience

We were lucky that we were made familiar with the indeffirent attitude and poor hospitality of this hotel even before we made any booking. We were made to sit in lobby (a couple of sofa in the corner of reception) for about 30 minutes because the key person wasn't available. Pathetic!

This Hotel has the worst staff worst hospitality worst management. The hotel manager itself is the worst person. If you guys want to get insulted and abused by the staff and manager then please visit to the hotel for sure. Let me give one example: Hotel Manager and Staff said to my father who is the NHAI (National highway authority of India) Team Leader, Manager and Waiter "Apne party nahi dekhi hai. Apko pata nahi party kaise hote hai. " to my father just my after asking them to serve the guest. As he is a reputed person and a government employee he is not going to serve the guest. Also, we paid a huge amount to them. My father is a platinum member of the Hilton hotel in Delhi. My brother is a Gold member of ITC grand. As they often have parties or client meetings in that hotel. So, It's my humble request to you all please don't visit this place if you want to save your respect and don't want to get insulted in front of your guest. don't believe in their word

The food is great at The Raso and they serve continental,chinese and many other delicious cuisines. The room service is always fulfilling at the The Raso.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the bath was neat and clean. Not to forget the sumptuous buffet spread. I had been here in connection with a school reunion, and the hotel staff made every effort to make the occasion something I will never forget.

Very nice experience. All of the rooms were clean & perfect and had good stuff . No need Check the room before you accept the key.

I went to the restaurant about a week ago and it is expensive. Like really expensive. It would have been okay but the food quality was not up to the mark of the price. Food was bland and somewhat cold like it was cooked hours before. The hygiene was great. Also it was quite. The only good point was a good peaceful environment. But if you are going for food, I suggest looking for another alternatives.

Note : only rooms economical and above have that luxury, remaining below are different property and it was not good They have catalogue in which prices are mentioned, over which they take tax of 12%. Economical was showing @3800 but costing 4200 Economical @4200 including breakfast Parking space is available but open so hot weather will be problem 1st time i saw fan having lights and operated by remote 😊 it was nice Rooms are new and well designed Service Is quick Rooms having all things which should be available so no worry There is good view from window Just small thing - bathroom was smelling very bad and after housekeeping crew was called they spray freshener, then also smell was not going rest all was good

Third class property and they charged extra for per adult Rs. 800 Oh! My GOD, they charged even more than a Five star hotel. Reception people behavior is not so good. We felt so embarassed to booking this hotel by Third party app. Never go there.

The Service of this Hotel is pathetic. Despite booking rooms in advance they have given the room to someone else. And Forget about drinking water. You have to call at reception/room service atleast 10 times to get drinking water. And price is exorbitant. Avoid if one can.

Hotel Raaso was a very nice experience. We had two rooms. One economy and one deluxe. We had booked it via MMT app. I don't know whether it was a typo or they do not know the difference between the words "economy" and "deluxe" but economy class room was outstanding with all the amenities of a 4 star hotel but deluxe was a very small room with basic amenities only. The restaurant there...OMG!! What food...awesome! fantabulous!yummy!mouth watering! Whatever nice adjective you want, you can add. The food there was sumptuous to say the least and the staff very very helpful. I was travelling with an infant and all his needs were taken care of, be it milk/simple customised khichdi... anything. I really liked it and am grateful to Hotel Raso staff. I gave 4 stars to the room because of the very small room they had provided in the name of deluxe. That I couldn't understand. Other than that all was very good and a fantastic experience.

This Hotel is good for Birthday parties. We celebrated my baby 1st bday the Location, Amibance is too good, service was good but food was average. As they charge good amt for plate but accordingly taste was not good. I was expecting delicious food with Raso but it was disappointing.

we stayed in deluxe rooms. room is spacious, very well maintained, properly furnished and with all necessary amenities. temperature control is customised. toilet is clean with necessary toiletries. hotel staffs are coordial, prompt in servicing. hotel restaurant offers fair range of cuisines with properly cooked food. complementary breakfast slightly falls short of expectations but still fair enough. hotel also has a rooftop restaurant and bar to rejoice. hotel is strategically located near to main transport hubs, particularly near to airport. overall a very satisfying stay.

I had a beautiful one night stay at The Raso with my husband. The room and the bathroom were clean, Hotel service was responsible and responsive. We ordered some water at 3am. The complementary breakfast has all my heart. It has a variety and we got some custom egg products made on request. The only down point is their wines are charged at double their MRP :( .

The location was nice for birthday parties and other parties. But the service was very bad I did not expect this kind of service from the management of Raso. The food was quite good but after the birthday party the cake was only given half. The food left which was already said that it has to be packed was not given.

Service is very bad. Booked for the 1st time but they dont let me to chk in one hour before time and I have to wait. I travelled all night from Bhubaneswar and forced to wait 2 hour to get my room.

Many time I had food there. On 27th October I had lunch there with my family. Food was hopeless ,seems wastage of money. Paneer items were tasteless. Dal makhani too was same and lots of added color in it. Fish chilli had pungent smell. Only crispy children was better.

Hotel location is good as it's near to airport as well as the hatia railway station. checked in the hotel on 14/06/2023 and booked for 3 days , on the first day only , the housekeeping staff opened the door without prior approval by his master card , while my family was changing clothes , which was a complete breach of privacy. When this complaint was raised to Reception they sounded completely unprofessional as they don't care and lacked empathy as if they have given the rooms for free. Hopefully this is seen by the management.

Hotel ambience is nice but the problems were during stay were - 1- I have been charged extra in the name of housekeeping, for the item I did not even open. This is Unacceptable 👿 2 - The remote of the fan was not provided in the room. 3- There was electricity trip twice in the night when all central ac got shut down.

This is an open air restaurant located at roof top. It offers several amenities. Food was nice... Courteous staff. ambeince was ok. Family friendly over all value for money..

Located at a prime location, it is very near to Birsa Munda airport, Hatia railway stations and Jharkhand government offices. As I had to attend the govt. training so i booked this hotel through MMT to avoid city centre traffic. But the price was on the higher sides in comparison to the allotted room and services provided. As breakfast was included we enjoyed the breakfast, food was tasty and staff were cooperative and courteous. Parking facilities are available but you need to wait to get a place to park your car in some situations. There is also a bar and mini bar in the executive room but prices on the high side. Reception services are good.

Overall it was good experience, cleanliness was properly maintained, good staff. Except there was a water tap problem which was not resolved even after multiple calls. We faced same problem even after they changed our room.

I've had two recent experience. One at my relatives wedding and one today with my friends. The starters at the wedding was not good. The main course was okay. For today's experience, me and my friends went to the bar. The food was okay. The staff service was also good. Deducted 2 stars because of the inconsistency in taste in the two occasions.
