Very bad experience, we stayed here for two nights, but they doesnot provide us any room service, the bedsheets are dirty, and they even give us two pillows for three people. The doorlock doesnot work well, we have to suffer lot of problems. So they should provide better fesilities.

Yes if one expects a budgeted hotel with the average facility it literally suits to all the needs then. Room facilities are average only. The staff is really cooperative and cordial. The rooms have all the desired amenities

BUDGET hotel, good cleaning, moderate location, RECOMMENDED STRONGLY. Not so furnished but all amenities are available( like AC, geyser, lift), service of food in the room are available and good, Food supply from own kitchen are fresh , tasty and price is moderate, no service charge apply. Parking is available, location is good, best is the behaviour of Owner, Mr. Kalla Ji and also all staff . I STRONGLY RECOMMEND this hotel for night stay at ranchi. Value of money. For stay contact manager or owner by phone for extra hours stay.

Just because they're earning from black due to ind vs nz t20 match on 19/11/21 they didn't allow us the room and lied that we don't take online bookings. They said we should talk to the respective third party and they've not received any confirmation from them. So why is your hotel profile is on Agoda man with some rooms vacant? We're at a bad condition after travelling for 400 kms by a motorcycle and did so while we're on our way just to the hotel and that day it was common in Ranchi. All were enjoying the black from it that they're misbehaving and denying any reservations just for the sake of higher profits through on spot bookings. It was an unfortunate day that day. We'd not have been so angry if they'd have lied about the onljne mode. Travellers, stay at your own risk because they are like those people who disobey anything just to get higher profits.

Good hotel. Staff are good. The owner is very good. He allowed me to stay upto 12 noon though check out time was 9 am, at no extra cost.

Good budget hotel in the centre of the city. Good location. Ac rooms are good but not best. They have lift and parking place for about 6 to 8 cars. The main positive thing of the hotel is the behaviour of staff. They are very cooperative and friendly. They have rauaturent. You can order food by phone. You need not carry online booking printed hardcopy, simply show your mobile messege. Payment process is very smooth. You can pay by Debit card or credit card.

Room size & food is good but bed is not clean. It's itching at the time of sleeping.
