Not a good experience at all, with water leaking inside the room. Food was very expensive without any taste. Also the cleanliness was not up to the mark.

Low price but Good room .. need to improve service ..

No maintenance. Bathroom door has no lock. Only three person are there. I understand that owner is not interested to operate this.

We booked a room in hotel Rahi, Ranchi by looking at the high rating of this hotel in Makemytrip website. Our experience however is horrible. We had to shift from one room to another as none of the rooms had all the necessary arrangements. Even the in the final room the ac was not properly working. They took over an hour to serve breakfast. As senior citizens we had a difficult time in this hotel. There are issues of cleanliness also at various points. Not at all recommendable.

Our room floor was very dirty and carpets and mats were very dirty. The ac was not working and tv also was not working. Food was not given on time. Overall experience was very bad

Nice and homely stay with excellent food.

No maintenance at all for any of the rooms, we booked 3 rooms, for all of them the bathroom door could not be locked, bedsheets towels all were very dirty, in 402 rooms it became swimming pool in morning by leakage of ac water...totally disappointed. Don't recommend it at all.

Location is good. Hotel is economical and spacious. But rooms are not maintained, things are old and not working inside the room, many things are broken and cleanliness is also not maintained. Service is ok ok... And food is not at all good. Please order food from outside.

I loved the Hygiene standards there. I loved that the vibe of the room was home like and not like a typical hotel room. The room and bathroom was well made and well kept. In house eating options were limited but nice and reasonably priced . I enjoyed my Tea/coffee and Toast butter at half the price and fresh compared to other hotels and restaurants. The service is mostly quick and if something is unavailable, reception calls and informs you. Laundry service is also good and you get your clothes washed and ironed the next day.Would definitely recommend the place.

It's close to bus stand , along with it's own restaurant it completes a basic facility of hotel. Not an upscale one, but at these price tag i think it's quite good, and i would really like it to improve in near future .

Hotel room is quite good and big also. Bathroom was also good. But some issue in the cleaning part..bedsheet , comble me bhut sare gande mark the. Towel was also not clean.

Located around a km from station, near the flyover. Business area is walking distance. Room is okay. Limited choice for breakfast. Carry your own toiletries to be in the safer side. If looking for a budget hotel in Ranchi, it may be explored. Especially if you are planning to travel by train or road.

Good location, fast Reception, descent room, services are good points. But food taste and quality is not good. Electricity problems in rooms, auto power cuts, slow back up. Laundry timings not appropriate.

Horrific. Staff were not at all cooperative. Lift gets out of order suddenly. Restaurant was of beggar description. Room service was very bad. They were reluctant to provide complementary breakfast...one day we were give half quantity. Another day, we were told that bread was not available in Ranchi!!! Dustbin was not cleaned even in last two days although we kept in outside the room while going out.

For a stay of 11 days , they changed my room thrice. Rooms are good but staff isn't professional. At the time of payment they denied card payment and ask for cash only. Even I gave cash to them they returned a 2000 rs note having sign on it by saying we don't accept written notes. Such a horrific experience. In 1500+ tax you can find any better hotel then this.
