1. Not worth with it room prices and facilities 2. Inappropriate behavior of warden 3. If you need your daily use like bulb study table or hanger, then you will get these things after 4 or 5 months 4. Washing machines are useless, you have to wash with your hands, if your cloths are costly then quality of your cloths can be get spoiled 5. Friends are not allowed, even if you have other floor friend then also he is not allow to go with you 6. Food quality is not good 7. 6 months contract and they will ask you to give whole month rent and if you are deciding to go or change this hostel then you will not get your own money 8. If your are giving time to manager or warden that I will pay the rent before date 10 of the month and they will agree... but, from the starting date of the month they will ask you for rent. 9. Not at all peace, daily one time in a day someone scold to warden (his work is like that) 10. Electric kettle is also not allowed 11. One thing is good that this hostel is neat and clean HORRIBLE CONDITION!

No 1 Cheaters - most untrustworthy hotel. We had confirmed booking in this hotel (that too corporate booking), but when we reached the hotel, it was told the booking is cancelled. They had sold the rooms to someone else for higher cost and we were struggling at mid night for getting another room. Never ever book in this hotel, even if you have a confirmation mail, it doesn’t work. This happened with our 3 bookings. Myself and 2 other colleagues. They are good in making the cooked up stories like its a medical emergency, we provided alternate stay etc. Never trust them, number one fraudsters.

We visited this wonderful place today. We had a buffet dinner. And let me tell you the hospitality was amazing. Even though it was buffet, they made sure that we did not get up. Everything was served on the table itself. My son, who is 5 years old kept on asking for all dishes, and they kept on giving me. It was an embarrassing situation for me as he was asking, and then leaving the food as it is. I thought let me have his left over. But they just refused and said that mam we will give you a fresh plate. Pls don't bother to have this. It's one hospitality that I liked. Stayed here for the first time but thanks that I did! It is in a wonderful location by side of a big pond. This gave me an opportunity to take my morning walk in fresh air! It’s gym is also good so after the walk I could spend some time doing weights exercise. The breakfast included in the tariff was simply amazing with a blend of local and international cuisine. I stayed for 3 nights but my experience was disappointing. . It seems no one knows this hotel and none of the local transport comes here. Secondly, Internet facility is too bad , they are charging such hefty amount , yet providing an internet speed of 4 Mbps maximum and only 1 device. Third , frequent power disconnections. Fourth , Hot hot was not available at midnight/early morning at 3 am Fifth , Switch boards were loose. Sixth , I had to call them and get water bottles replaced Seventh , They didnot have few emergency use medicines. I had a bad headache, and wanted some medicines , they gave me the same and charged Rs 10. Please note here the price is not important, but a hotel charging 4-5k and charging you Rs 10 for medicine is ridiculous. Eight , Food prices are extremely high , and not many options available as complimentary breakfast. Ninth , i requested two tv channels to be added , they said ok but never did that Lastly, i overhead reception people saying a customer that they would provide few printouts requested by the customer , but at Rs 5 per page. The customer had 10 pages to print. They don't deserve to be a 4 star hotel rather a 3 star hotel would be good to call.

Pillow covers were stained. Overall, the place didn't help you feel comfortable hygiene wise. People (customers) don't wear masks and the hotel staff isn't enforcing the rules. Hospitality is one thing, this is irresponsible. Food, service, and location are ok at best.

Good Food, Ample Parking, Wifi, Security, Good Restaurant, Gym and I believe there are 2 Air-conditioned Banquet Halls on two different floors to throw a small party.The waiters are following COVID Guidelines. But one has to restrict the number of guests, because the Hall isn't so big to accommodate more than 90/ 100 persons. In the ground floor banquet there is added advantage of extra space adjacent to Lake which adds more beauty. . The staff and management is courteous. Overall 👍👍👍👍

I went there to attend my friend's engagement ceremony. The property is located just besides a pond and that could be the reason so many people were asking about the name it got from, well that's not the case. The rooms allocated to us are spacious and the room service was very efficient. It was a non-smoking room but the sensors were not working it seems Overall the stay was pleasant and memorable.

Here a manager is incharge of taking bookings for marriage etc . When I reached their the waiters told us to wait as he is busy with other clients . He waited for half an hour just to check if dates are available for booking or not . He did not comes up . Upon requesting many times and pleading waiters hand folded he came in a great attitude and said can't you people wait . I am busy . As we had conducted a party back in 2016 we wanted to host engagement function once again . Upon re requesting him he asked us what's the problem. We told just check and tell us if dates are available we will come another day for booking formalities. He straight way denied saying no dates are available without checking the records . If you are looking forward to go and do bookings prior take appointment to meet him as he thinks he is the owner. He is next to god . Respect him , bow down before him or else he will not give u his hotel . Hotel owner , beware of him

We made a booking by email for 3 nights and 4 days for 2 people. We also confirmed the booking by calling a day prior to our arrival. Since we were travelling from far, we reached for check in 8:30 pm. And on our arrival we were told that the booking has been cancelled! We were not called back on the number from which we called from a day prior for confirmation, neither were we informed via any email. And to add to hotel’s poor hospitality, the guy on reception wasn’t even interested in telling us a proper reason for cancellation. He had no reason to give. All he could say was that he texted us( on a wrong number)! Highly unacceptable behaviour. Being a chain hotel, you expect good services from such a place, but denying a couple their booking at 9 pm in a foriegn city is just irresponsible and highly unacceptable. My husband had an exam the next morning at 9 am, imagine the horrors we had to go through because of these jerks. The whole city had no rooms available for the 3 day weekend. We had to roam around the city for 2 hours afterwards to get a room in a decent hotel. Very very poor arrangement and communication on this hotel’s part. Speaks about the falling reputation of the chain itself. Would never ever recommend anyone to book with them. Million thumbs down👎

It's a very bad experience, paying 5600 per night we got a very bad smelly small room and also behaviour of staff like we are Thier servant. Even some one during checkout saying wait we are inspecting your room. Means they have advertised like anything but if you go inside you will just regret. Very bad experience.

Hostel is just awesome and few people are saying that owner is rude or whatever they have mentioned that's not true cause they are good enough but the prob is that there food quality and taste was not too good it was like any common 1800 rupee mess food. Food quality doesn't match the required standard cause cost is aprx 6500 per bed. That's why 3 star cause food quality matters a lot even more than room and bathroom finishing.

The Room sizes are decent, but the basic amenities are missing including very small TV in wooden enclosure, No Fridge or snacks. The charging points are erroneous and can't be plugged properly. Hand and face towels are missing.

I recently stayed at Hotel Element and it was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure all our needs were taken care of. The rooms were spotless, spacious and comfortable - everything felt like home away from home. The amenities were top notch, the pool was great for relaxing after a long day and the restaurant had delicious food. All in all, Hotel Element is an excellent place to stay!

Memorable visit with family in first week this month. Decoration and lighting etc is very attractive.Rooms and other area decorative with complete services. Staff is very caring. Very nice place for all occasions.

Hotel on a great location . It's well connected to local pickup locations & to the public transport. In a great budget you can get a very comfortable room which has the required amenities which includes a clean & equipped toilet. It has clean rooms good food and a very responsive service staff.

The hotel is Nice. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The ambiance was very peaceful and the food was also very good. My stay here was very comfortable. Would surely recommend this place to all my friends and family

The rooms were nice and welcoming. Bathrooms were clean but disappointing according to the price. The shower water flow was extremely slow. Moreover, at this price point, customers expect to get toiletries like comb, brush, shaving kit, extra napkin, tissue papers which were not there. The food was very good, and prices were okish. All the staff were well trained, dressed and provided good service.

The hotel is just amazing...the services are out of world...I have stayed in many good hotel but the way the entire staff of the hotel made our stay so confortable which we never felt anywhere else. Service is also very fast and food is just like home, healthy and yummy.

My stay was awesome. Right from checkin to checkout fantastic Service. Housekeeping smart people. Really went out of the way to make you feel at home. My frank advice when visit Ranchi stay and experience the hospitality. There is a negative point also. Travel agent of the hotel bad. The driver left me high and dry without informing. Stuck for nearly 1 hr.

It was fun staying in Sarovar Portico,The pool was especially amazing. Food was good too. The resort remises were clean and properly kept. Overall it’s was nice staying and enjoying Ranchi visit. Great Hospitality.

Internet quality us very poor.... Frequently electricity off ... Normal bodywash also not available and didn't change even after three times request in consequtive request.... Switches are also not ok.... Hot water was not available... Electric kettle was also not working..... No one was there even to attain your luggage... Local cabs and Auto drivers are not aware of the hotel and not in regular routes. Food price is too much costly; some are more than 5 star.

I wasn't able to sleep all night in this hotel. Please keep in mind that even if your room has AC, it's not adjustable by you. You cannot change temperatures. They control it centrally. They will keep them so high at night that you will sweat & call maintainence. It happened to me today. Reception staff clearly told me that Only hotel staff is allowed to adjust AC. Service & behavior is below cheap. They have the worst staff on the planet.

Located half an hour from the airport, it is very convenient to reach. I stayed here for a business trip and enjoyed the hospitality. The team is very professional and helpful and everything is done on time. Wonderful service!

Stayed for 3 days during my official tour. Everything was good except for the AC which shut down at night. Got out of the bed sweating even during winters. The food is okay but the menu is very limited. Didn't feel like a 4 star stay.
