We even visited the restaurant skylift,waterfront they have the best food and the service is very fast loved it. We also visited the Disco ‘Heroes’ it was best in class. It was nice but not as such good as expected. I really felt that the food lagged behind for the brand they promised. The ambience is nice and chill. It really looks grand and make you feel amazing. Also you can have buffet. You can scan the menu and order. They have few shops and a bar inside. The whole dining area is surrounded by beautiful pool. You can have a great time there. Coming to food it real had no salt literally I hope they ponder upon it before serving.

I was here on my short visit to Ranchi. I stayed here for a night and I would say decent hotel in Ranchi. Decent size of hotel, rooms are maintained well. Linen and towels were fresh. Room was nice, floor was quiet, pillows were comfy and I had a good night sleep. We dined in at thier restaurant called kebab factory thoroughly enjoyed the food and staff was quick and courteous. Fair choice of single malts I would say... Both Veg and non Veg was good. Breakfast buffet was also decent I would say. Gym was also well maintained. Overall good stay.

The communication is very Poor..!!! We enquired for dinner buffet and called Hotel, we got response from restaurant end that buffet price is 1000+ Taxes/ seeing the same we agreed and departed for the hotel with my family but as we reached there the price increased to 1500+taxes. I have also been to same property at different locations but there experience was nice but Ranchi property i feel that you should work on your communication chain and try to delight customers rather making them confuses. Big name but not matches with the Carlson standards Rooms r clean n designed well Check your TV coz they r not checking it before allotting to guest (either they will recharge it or changes the set top box) Reception is one level up ,u need to take lift to reach lobby level than take another lift to room floors. Staff is not well trained ,during breakfast try to take seat near food stuff ,if u take distant seat there is a possibility that no body will come to u for water n cutlery.

Tea or omlette, nothing seems tasty. And pastries didn't seem fresh. In room dining experience was pathetic. Menu items weren't there. And the food bill had discrepancy. Grateful for the wheelchair service staff provided for my mother. Didn't get feel of a five star during my stay. Will happily avoid staying here again.

Radisson Blue is a great brand, have been using it's chain of Hotels & Resorts since some time now & every visit has been more satisfying than the previous one. Still I would love to say that it has a great ambience, a cool lobby & broad, spacious & facilitated corridors. Hotel Radisson Blue Ranchi is as good as any other Radisson I have visited to. The service staff is very prompt. The rooms are really luxurious specially the suites are remarkable with centralized air-conditioning though equipped with individual room temperature adjustments as per customers desire. Food is great as always ! Anytime in any city I find a Radisson it becomes my first preference !

I use it for free parking honestly. Don’t like taking my car to the busiest main road hours. This works as a good spot to leave the car with the valet while you can go about your business in the main road area. Safe and sound and you can always choose to tip the staff.

Such an amazing experience! The staff was absolutely amazing. Especially Shanaya. She was so good to us and helped with everything we needed. She also helped me with a surprise with some flowers and a cake for my girlfriends birthday. All of the staff always greeted us with a smile and always treated us like we belonged there. The food is delicious and was especially hard not to over eat. I will never stay anywhere else whenever I’m in Ranchi. It felt like home and the staff had a big part of that.

Lost my adhar Card at the reception. The person Enamul Islam took my adhar card for checking in formality and never returned. I stayed in Room#712 on 4/12/2021 and checked out the next day. Radisson Ranchi has till date been my go to place. But this time has been a horrendous experience. Very little regard for covid rules. As you enter the lobby, you will see the staff not wearing mask and happily entertaining public who of course are also not masked. Secondly, can you believe that a big establishment like Radisson did not have working scanners for baggage check? After 26/11, one would think that security would be utmost importance but clearly not the case for Radisson Ranchi. The rooms are extremely unclean. I wonder when was the last time they dusted under the bed. Overall, not a go to place during the pandemic.

Food is pricey and awful.. Had ordered Chicken hakka noodles which was too oily and smelled of used oil.. Other starters like paneer chilly and crispy baby corn was okayish and not worth the price.

Went on a short leisure trip with family in April 2022 . The building is towering and located very near to the railway station and the prime commercial district. The check in was fast and the lobby was stunning. The staff was very courteous and always served with a smile and promptitude whatever be the time of the day. The breakfast spread was very enjoyable. However they need to have some travel counsellers and tie ups with car providers.

The sheets looked like they haven't been cleaned and the plasters in the wall were going to fall off any moment. On top of that the room smelled like someone had smoked there before. At least they agreed to change the rooms when we complained about the smell. The breakfast was also disappointing. The dosa tasted stale and the bread looked like it has been sitting on the table for decades. The room keys won't work from time to time and you have to ask the front desk to keep on updating it, so good luck with that. Also the wifi doesn't work and most of websites would hardly open.The only good thing about the hotel was the pool and the gym. Apparently this is the only 5 star hotel in Ranchi so they don't have any competitors but at least they should try to match the standards of a 5 star hotel.

The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The pool was a nice touch. The location was convenient to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

went for an event and suite was booked for me. Location is good, facility is best. And services was nice as always. Lounge was nice. And breakfast was buffet which was awesome. Rooms are too good... jacuzzi was perfect.

Had a short work stay at the Radisson Blu. As all Radisson Blu hotels, it was comfortable, well staffed, offered clean rooms and a nice shower room. Shower rooms are important to me 😄 Murlidhar at the lunch buffet took extra care of us in terms of serving us and suggesting further helps but he did make me write this review, so one wonders if he would offer the same service if there wasn't a reward waiting for him in the end. I would like to believe he would, I'd just recommend to his seniors to encourage him to keep doing a great job at hospitality while letting reviews come organically, rather than driving them himself. His intentions are well acknowledged though and I wish him good luck. One weird thing that stood out - this particular Radisson Blu has 2 lobbies, one where the car stops and you scan your bags. And another where the reception is. Wonder why it's designed like this but it's quite inconvenient.

Not recommend! I stayed there for 3 nights and what can I say .. worst service, rooms are not super clean + smell like an ashtray, food was okay, and the best part: MY MONEY + MY EARNINGS WERE STOLEN OUT OF MY WALLET. The reception said that no one has stolen it and they will call be back. Of course no one ever called me back. Really really disappointing. Definitely not a 5-star hotel!!

The hotel services is very good have attended the function and stayed in room 507. All staff was very cooperati e. Mr Ashutosh sales manager have made our stay and event arrangement successful. Good going guys

The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. They made our day conference very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the city centre and attractions. The lunch was delicious and a great variety of options. Service was excellent. Thanks to Gulshan Asst. Restaurant Manager, Kirti and his team to take care of us very well. Specifically thanks to Shweta from sales, she handled very well our all conference requirements. Thanks to Executive Chef Rama, give us yummy, tasty and delicious food. Overall experience was amazing.
