Located next to Ranchi Railway station, the hotel is extremely well maintained and clean Pros: (1)Majority of the staff are females which is good from gender perspective. (2) Good breakfast buffet spead with food option (Lunch/dinner) of a la carte and buffet (900 plus taxes), both. (3)600 metres away from Railway station. (4) Head, Vivekananda Mishra, is a nice person with good management skills. (5) Extremely clean with availability of lift. Cons: Outside appearance of the hotel from the road gives a false impression of the hotel being of bad quality Room service is done by female staff which should be discontinued; housekeeping by female staff is ok but not room service Liquor is available for drinkers. Inadequate parking space but can be managed. Plenty hotels are located adjacent to this hotel

The hotel is close to the station. The rooms are clean . The hotel has a decent restaurant with a long menu but most of the items are unavailable. Surprisingly sweets are good. The service at the restaurant is slow and staff members look confused. Most of the items mentioned in meni are not available. The rooms are decent. The food is good especially sweets. Place has a proper lobby area.

This hotel by far seems to be the best hotels in Ranchi. Location is just opposite to the Station and around 15 mins drive from the Airport. The entry road is a bit congested, but once you are in its a different world. Rooms - Compact yet Comfortable with all requisite amenities. Room Service - Prompt and Well Mannered. Restaurant - It is one of the ultimate buffet spread that you would find in terms of no of items and choices. The taste is lip smacking as well and so is the service. Transport - Vehicles are ready to serve you, clean and neat ones. Overall a great experience, looking forward to stay there again during my next visit

An ok 3 star hotel in Ranchi. Well located near railway station. Limited parking and hardly any porch. Service was poor specially in banquets. Took 20 minutes for rotis to come, in an event of 100 pax.

Horrible food. I went for dinner and spent my whole night vomiting and was sick for the following day also. Definitely not expected this quality from a three star hotel especially when they charge so much from us. Also, most of the waiters are very untrained and knows very little about the dishes in the menu.

Very well maintained hotel around railway station in Ranchi. Lots of food varieties and food is delicious. The hotel is tasteful designed and well maintained. Had comfortable stay. Need to mention the team is extremely cooperative and caring.

Very close to Ranchi station,Almost walkable(if you don’t mind not being a little show off to hop on to something), warm reception, sparkling clean lobby, very clean rooms,toilet and toiletries, clean linen and a storage area. Private mini bar which is chargeable, (even the chips and snacks ), only water is free. Food at melange restaurant is great. Buffet was awesome. I had dinner there. Check out was very Swift. All in all a very good hotel.

It's very near to Ranchi station. The rooms, Service and Restaurant are up to the mark. The issue with it is the location to which reaching, passing the small tiny roads would be a tricky affair. Best hotel to stay. Just opposite to ranchi railway station. I found hanuman chalisa in room which i loved the most. Food is also very tasty. Definitely recommend this hotel to my colleagues.

Melange is such a great place to have the buffet… dinner buffet is really good. Overall ambience is also superb. Totally loved the food.

Very elegant staff right from the first step you get in hotel staff makes you feel special. I will give 100 marks to the lady at the entrance she is wonderful at her job. From picking up my luggage and up to leaving in my room she provided all the info required in a very well mannered way. Breakfast amenities all was very good. I would recommend people to stay here rather than Radisson.

The room is good but, noisy. The noise video is attached. This noise makes me irritated. So, don't select 404 Room number, the noise may be reached to nearby this room. Please check and confirm. You may not be able to sleep at night. Otherwise, the rooms are ok. The facility is good. Food quality: Biriyani is good but, don't order a combo meal it is not good and not value for money. Once you place an order for at-room, service please verify your order Otherwise you may not receive your food.

We had pre-booked on phone and the manager was very rude to us,saying we haven't booked. And his behavior was very bad,trying to be extra smart. The food also was cold and average. Just had chocolate item in dessert. He almost forced us to give a good review. This restaurant has lost its old charm.

I am currently staying here and had an pathetic dining experience. Asked for roti, after waiting for 10 mins they got me some papad like tandoori roti. Worst I have ever had in my life so far. And had to wait everytime I asked for Roti. Then asked for a cake which was there in the deserts. But it was finished. Asked for a refill as it was a buffet. Waited for 15 minutes and didn't get that. Post that I was assured that it will be sent to the room. Waited for 45 minutes then asked the room service about it. Obviously he had no clue. After 1 hr of waiting I got a call that "Sir aap jo cake bol rahe hai na, wo khatam ho gaya hai". Like it took the whole team 1 hr to realise that the said cake is over? Never seen such a disgusting service. Probably will never stay here again.

The staff of the hotel is superb and has a nice buffet... but the bar inside is totally worse... showing attitude and mannerless people are handling to the coprate guest

Rooms were cozy but little small in size. Service is really good and the staffs are well cooperative. Parking issue can be an issue but hotel management supports for that too.

Rooms are renovated with the latest toiletry, bathroom fittings, Floor etc. The room is in good condition but a bit small compared to other hotels at this price. Overall a nice place to stay for a shorter trip.

The front desk does need to be trained how to address visitors. The executive who accompanied me (I had gone for an interview) to the 3rd floor lobby stated, "Women are not allowed inside the room"! I was only meeting the guests in the lobby!!! Ranchi is still has a small town mindset (and tends to be conservative), however this was ridiculous 🙄

Very bad experience, staying here. Rooms were unhygienic, bathroom were not clean. Unnecessary expensive. Not worth in this hotel price. There are are just looting the customers. They are even charging for room water.

Value for money. Well located. Clean, well appointed rooms. Homely, hygienic food. Courteous, efficient staff - I hear many of them have been rehabilitated by the management as part of their social responsibility. The rooms, lifts, parking and driveway are very cramped - I am not sure how this can be addressed though.

Pleasantly surprised and very happy with our stay this week! Everyone from the front desk clerks to the housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and cozy. Restaurant at Capitol Residency out classes all other fooding destinations of Ranchi. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was very soothing and relaxing. Beautiful interior and wonderful and accurately placed lighting system - neither too bright nor too dim make this place a perfect spot for celebrations. Every meal we enjoyed had a variety of options and was flavorful. Thank you for your Hospitality!

One of the best Buffet spread you can find anywhere. Each item has good taste and flavour unlike a typical buffet where the quality gets compromised due to quantity. Good for a Sunday brunch

One of the best hotels in Ranchi. It's location, with a close proximity to the station, also adds a big cherry to the cake. It's restaurants of Melange and Fluid also are very good, especially in terms of menu and the pricing. It's varieties of Lebanese, Continental, Oriental are highly recommended. Friendly and justifiable pricing too.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a relaxation weekend with family after a busy working week. I must say that the food was lavish and delicious. Thanks to entire team to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Do not opt for the buffet there, they sure have a good menu but everything they serve in buffet are either cold and taste below average. Every dessert option was chocolate-made. Also, the manager assigned the day I visited, was ill-mannered and was acting over-smart.

Good hotel with decent rooms. Very polite and courteous staff. The room service is prompt and the quality of food is wonderful. The food menu is extensive and has many options that can cater to everyone. All the dishes I tried were delicious. I was also a bit unwell one of the days and the staff took wonderful care of me.

Do not stay at this place its a everything is bad there. Rooms are very small and congested. Flush does not work in the bathroom. And worst is the service, both in room and inside the restaurant. Even dharamshalas have better service than this hotel. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST.
