A good hotel located in the middle of city well connected to the station and the airport is also walking distance from Church Complex. Room is ok, however price is high, window is completely locked, due to this felt very uncomfortable, no natural source of air, god knows why they kept locked the window. Attended a conference gathering here. Ambience is good. Food is tasty. Especially Chinese options. There is a inhouse restaurant also. Location is bang in the midst of things. Enough parking space for 2 and 4 wheelers. It's a nice, clean, spacious hotel situated at the main shopping centre of Ranchi, I would rank it better than the existing 5 star hotels at Ranchi, giving it's location, parking space , 40' wide Road, Ample Room size with seating arrangements still u can find some space available, toilet were clean and options of hot n cold running water, onsite buffet breakfast, only issue found that rooms could have been more sound proof as the noise from the gallery seems disturbing, overall a VFM hotel. Toilets similarly are small you have required toiletries. Overall behavior of staff is good and welcoming. Food served is good and tasty but I believe as per the category of hotel a bit costly. Over all a decent stay.

Nice place palce for function like birthday , marriage, marriage ceremoney, mundan, kitty party , company get together, professional meet। Parking area is quite good for 4 & 2 wheeler. The distance of main road is just 20m . So boarding is pretty and ranchi station about to approx 3 kilometre so don't wory u can pick your train 🚆 easily and timely

Horrible car service. Provided outsourced car. Did not provide car bill. Charged nearly double price compared to outside. Driver unnecessarily took long route to increase the km. Driver to much talkative. Rush driving in small lanes and slow driving in highway.

I goes for an event so I can't says about rooms. The hall which I visited is on 1st floor , hall is not so big, party with a capacity of less than 100 is perfect more than this can be tooo blunder for u ..means don't book if your guests r more than 90+

Sorry to say that the complimentary dinner offered in this hotel is having a monotonous menu, which I felt bored with. Remaining there are no issues.

The room has cockroaches, there was a cockroach on the bed, even after cleaning. The bathroom has an ant infestation. The food is bland, the mineral water they give smells bad. The bedsheets gave rashes. They have even stolen one of my things. I truly do not recommend coming to this hotel. Please save your and money do not come here.

The bedsheets had hairs. No arrangement for mosquitoes. AC wasn't working properly. The washrooms are very small. Local mineral water. No power backup.

I had hosted a party but AVN Grand ruined it. I opted for the most eloquent menu but they were not able to serve at all. GM Thomas also turned the deaf ears. This was a grand occasion for my family. Please beware before planning

We have booked AVN grand recently . The service was so poor. And even the mutton biryani which they used to serve is not that good. They will promise that their cook is from lucknow and Bengal but the cook is local only. Their service is extremely slow. And also they will tell after 20-25 mins that fish finger and kabab is over. Tried Chicken dum biriyani and vegetable spring roll through Zomato. Taste was awesome but price is very high in Zomato, as compared to quantity. This has to be improved. Spring roll was also nice in taste. Overall good experience.
