The hotel positions itself as a premium property but the rooms, service and food leaves a lot to be desired. The food is obnoxiously costly and the taste is very poor. You can have much healthier and delicious food at a fraction of the price. I am not staying at this hotel again and will recommend others to avoid also.

Nice hotel on the main road. Easy to commute ti and fro. Food is very good and tasty. Rooms are nice, with required amenities. Could do with a bit of more furnitures inside the room, as the room size is big and it looks empty otherwise

Located at very prime place, it is one of te best hotels in Ranchi, Jharkhand. Staffs have very good behavior. Here space available for small reception like birthday parties, mehandi ceremony or marriage reception or marriage anniversary also. Here accommodation available for tourist. The food quality and taste is also great here.

The behaviour of the reception staff was pathetic. Not welcoming at all. Although the place is nice, the attitude of that staff has disappointed me.

The room was spacious but the toilets stank. The TV remote had dead batteries. Had opted for extra bed, but that was setup on the floor

Good hotel but you need to select the rooms before occupation. Very good service and people are good. You need to book early. Don't take the room before road side facing. Food and accommodation is good. Bed are not góod all rooms

Nice decent hotel opposite Old Bustand..the rooms were well maintained and clean. The only issue is the approach to the hotel gate which was crowded and the rooms allotted should be segregated for smokers and non smokers. Being a non smoker I could smell the cigrarette smell all over the washroom and in corridors. The breakfast spread was excellent and worth the money paid for the stay. Recommended for stay with family also.

Everything was excellent starting with the service, food, cleanliness, amenities..I just loved the aesthetic of the property. Rooms were also nicely made. It was a great place to stay.
