Very Unprofessional and rude staff, very very weird check in and check out rules. Told to change bedsheets the attendent clearly said he will mot change the bedsheet. Bathrooms have no handshowers and the price is very very very high. The rooms are not even worth 1000/- per night. Charging way too much for the facility they are offering and the behaviour they possess. DO NOT STAY THERE AT ANY COST!!!

The hotel owner and service is really good. The only drawback is sometimes the rooms are not suitable for families and due to the proximity of the station, it is bit noisy too.

Located centrally on the route to JSL for a little while u need to compromise but owner is very humble.

I stayed here one night, this hotel is in pors area, its location is good because from here Ranchi railway station is walking distance, and also near from here Serum Toli chowk from where to Lalpur, Kantoli..etc and Doranda Dhurva etc can also be accessed .. There are all kinds of shops and food shops adjacent to it......

I must say this is the best place to be when you're in ranchi.I absolutely loved the ambience of this place. Situated away from the hustle life of the main city. The room was clean and of a good size. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. They even took me to a nearby hospital when I fell sick. The food was scrumptious and didn't disappoint at all. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone especially solo travelers.

I have stayed here long before in the 90s....they have added a new floor with modern decor. Overall VFM....

Terrible Manager, uneducated and rude. Never ever go for this hotel if you have any self respect. The owner should take to this seriously as this manager is ruining the business with his behaviour.

Located on prime location but one should try to never stay here. Next time I will definitely not. Worst than worst

Rooms are ok Near station I'm giving 5star for the manager who planned our whole 4days trip so perfectly that we didn't miss anything and was not rush too

It's okay for short stay but there are a lot of thing which was not properly maintained like bed, blanket, pillows. Food is good at reasonable price.

Hotel is on the main road and just 5 minutes distance from railway station. However, based in the conditions, rooms are little overcharged.

Hotel is at walking distance from ranchi junction, Rooms are OK But Hotel isn't having lift system we have to go 4-5 floors by stairs.

Reasonable rate & food also available. Good to stay near by railway station.
