The food taste was quite good but was not satisfied with the ambiance of this place . As open rooftop was already occupied and the inner dinning area looked quite dull in appearance also Did not smelled that good. Lots of scope of improvement in interiors . But was quite satisfied with the quality of food and it's taste.

Enjoyed watching Airplanes running on the runway. While having an awesome dinner under the open sky.

Hotel is overcharging just because of it's location. It's only advantage is close proximity to Ranchi, airport. I had booked room over telephone in advance. On my arrival, I was told that kitchen staff & restaurant is preoccupied, hence it will be better if we take our food from outside. Though this hotel is near airport, but there are no restaurants nearby. One has to walk about 1 Km, to get to nearby restaurant. They also told we can get our food through Zomato Or Swiggy. During check in I paid my full room rent, because I had to leave by 5:30 AM to catch a flight. But, while checking out, the guy at reception asked me to pay additional amount. He did not have any records of my previous payment, also didn't have any reference of my negotiated room rent. Luckily I had counterfoil of my card payment. Also, somehow convinced the guy about by negotiated room rent. Ultimately got delayed by about half an hour because of this mess. Record keeping can be such horrible in any hotel is un thinkable. I had asked during checkin to arrange a cab for my airport transfer. But they expressed their in ability to do so. There is no auto or taxi stand nearby. Only option is ola Or uber. On you have to wait in the main road to try your luck for passing by auto or taxi. Location good for airport access only.

The staff are very courteous. The location is very ideal in case if you looking to stay near the airport.

2 starrer hotel. Wall paper is chipping out, got hit on the knees badly due to ill designed TV unit furniture. Food is pathetic, full of red chilies. Water heating problem. Very small room. Found broken toilet cover. For the price I was expecting much more.

from outside infrastructure it was not expected that such good quality of service will be provided.... room and bathroom. was neat and clean

Good hotel near airports must recommend for a good comfortable stay. I didn't had any food so I can't say about that. Rooftop is the highlight & must go on top floor for that.

We had a party at this hotel on 4th floor.. The view from neela asmaan restaurant was awesome.. Could see the airport runway.. Kids really enjoyed watching aeroplanes landing and taking off. They served us truely scrumptious food.. Each and every dishes were hot, fresh and delicious. Staff was very friendly. Enjoyed the food and service. They had a portable music system.. To turn the floor into dancing floor. All my friends were happy to know such good restaurant in our nearby area. Will definitely have more parties/ get together at hotel Royal Ranchi. Will highly recommend to visit this place with your family and friends.

Only attended a ladies Sangeet party here, so can't comment much about other facilities. Overall, it seemed to be a decent place for short stays.

5 mins drive from airport. Good rooms, water pressure is excellent in bathrooms and restaurant offers tasty food. Service is not the fastest but staff is polite.
