We had breakfast at this restaurant. We ordered masala dosa which was good but a bit oily. The lead time of serving was considerably higher than expected from a very common breakfast item. The restaurant design is cool and the internal ambience is quite good with different sculptures and household decorations.

Really good experience. A genuine group of people, they make all the efforts to ensure you have a pleasant stay. When I requested them to change my room as the adjacent room owners were talking which I could hear from my room causing me disturbance, they changed their room and let me be in the room I chose. Besides this, very courteous, helpful staff .

Located just bang opposite of ranchi railway station Boundary. Takes 5 mins to reach station. The restaurant is very good. Food quality awesome. Chinese biriyani kebab everything is equally yummy. They even pack foods if you want to carry in train. Reasonable price. Rooms r clean.

Worst hotel I have seen in my life.. He is doing scam he didn't share you the pswrd of wifi.. He didn't inform you the break fast is complementry. He have sent False Bill.. Bed and Food Bill photo attached.

A good place to stay. It is located at just 500m from the railway station. Rooms are clean and you'll also get a good restaurant to dine in. The staff is well behaved too. Prices are also reasonable. So just Enjoy your stay!❤️

AC of almost all the rooms dont work, manager is extremely annoying, worst experince of life, will never stay in this hotel again...

Hotel Beena Inn is very close to Ranchi Railway Station. They have different category rooms. Basic AC rooms are little shabby but ok for bachelors staying for few hours waiting for train. They have executive rooms which are little costly but have all the required facilities including one small fridge. The rooms are pretty big and clean. Bathrooms have geyser and 24*7 hot water. They have inhouse restaurant who serves quality food at Reasonable Price. Their buffet breakfast has variety of options. Worth staying in executive rooms.

Please check rooms physically before checking in and booking. Their room charges are just higher comparing with others near by . No WiFi no exhaust in washroom. There is continuous smell in the room, you may feel suffocation and no comfort.

Poor experience. If I could have rate 0 star I would done that. Smelly rooms, No lift. As we have already paid Rs2250 for each room we are left with no choice. The toilet of the room was not at all cleaned. Water kept falling from the tap. commode flush not functioning. Not worth for money. Even the hotel do not have an envelop to provide the bill.

Worst place for any event, they promise a lot of things but there rooms and arrangements will be not worth for any engagement, air conditions, were leaking. It was so embarrassing in front of my Guests, Toilet were dirty even in the room. None of these AC is working

Room service is worst they say they are giving complimentary breakfast which you need to take at restaurant what is this though Room are clean but need to improve on room service i am not at all happy & in future I will not come to stay here & also advise to all my friends to stay away with this hotel.

Big hall for stage program wedding... anniversary... birthday... etcetera...but there is one major problem of parking 🅿️ not available...this is major issue of many buildings at ranchi. Location was to good 👍 It's just 1 km distance from रांची railway station. When I check in I have face some current issue. I think on a second floor some electrician work over there. No lift facility provid by the hotel .

I can't skip this review. It has been a great experience with this place because we had also arranged our engagement ceremony there. They have really good management services as their manager Mr. Sashi is a remarkable person. He is really prompt, proactive and helpful person. He was always there to help, no matter if it was anything related to hotel service or local logistics. The staffs are well behaved. The hotel's food was delicious. 5 mins walking distance from Ranchi Railway station. I would like to Thanks Sashi for his exceptional dedication and proactiveness.
