Butter paneer masala was very yummy and naan was also good but veg biryani is not as expected totally tasteless veg chowmin is tasty must try . Friendly atmosphere. Good service. Most of the places was vacant.

I stayed in this hotel on 21st and 22nd September while on a business trip to Ranchi. This is a very basic budget hotel. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Food is delicious and quantity is ample. They have complimentary breakfast but it is not buffet and have fixed menus for Monday, Tuesday etc. It is located on Ratu road, with lots of noise coming from the traffic. The hotel is located away from city centre and there is nothing to do once you come back to hotel. Going to the city centre and coming back is challanging if you do not have your own transport because public transport in Ranchi is not very good. The rooms are not spacious and bathroom is small. They provide very basic toiletries. The cable tv in rooms have mostly free channels and wifi is slow. Stay in this hotel if the stay is short and not with family.

I would say small space only for 150 people's at a time. If you want to host more than that can opt for be banquet halls or resort. Hygiene was maintained. Also price for a day is comparatively little bit high when compared to menu. *The management is rude and unfriendly. * Not happy for service .. I asked many times for tea & water.. even I struggled water bottle when asked. *Ok with below 200 banquet for crowded events. *No hot water nothing. *No parking ------------------------------------------- Sweet is good only and rest of items were normal. Not upto the mark. many things which were promised were not delivered even after multiple reminders. Since we were on some important work here couldn't inform the management to take immediate action. I am sure it will be rectified soon. Overall I would not recommend for marriage purpose and you should also cleared unused plate term & condition( hidden information).. I forget when I booked.

Un professional behaviour, not got room even after prior Booking. No one from hotel, come forward to accept the blunder they did.

Great rooms with amazing modern bathrooms and lighting. Food quality and quantity was also pretty good.

Very neat clean and properly built but too costly as per the location and demography. The standard room is very small however the price is very high. Deluxe room is ok in size but too costly. Food is good. Roof top restaurant is the PSP of the place.

It was a horrible experience . worst day of my life . The food was stale and tasted like , I just wanna puke . Never go there or you will regret. The staff , manager and chef were very rude . If you wanna live just don't go there . Thank me later , If you go there then you probably wont be able to reply

Too slow service.. if you want something you have to tell them several times otherwise they'll just ignore. They didn't serve water and also we have to ask too many times for tissues.. too bad service.

It was good experience very nice hotel nice room but food quality needs to improve specially veg items.

Very bad experience, worst service ever took 1 hour and still did not serve food, no glasses on table, no salt pepper ketchup on table, employees were very rude, AC did not work, no arrangement of a single fan. Worst hospitality.
