Had a fantastic weekend in Rome and was very impressed with the hotel and staff. They were always on hand to help you out. Breakfast was delicious too.

I don't know why not they change the name of complementary breakfast as Puri sabji only. No courtesy in staffs and reception person. After paying a handsome amount of charge, you have to carry your own luggage to hotel room. Even in Club room they don't provide water bottle/tea packets which is basic amenities which can be provided with nominal charges. Overall I must say with the facilities what they provide, charges must be half of what they are charging. After entering into hotel you will feel cheated/looted.

I have stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and they have charged me for 3 nights and they have not provided breakfast as well and they don't provide the basic amenities like toothpaste and water bottle and staff is so rude they don't know how to attend the customer and such a pathetic services which they are providing and also bed sheet are not clean this hotel is not deserve even 0 star one the worrst hotel in Ranchi i dont recommend anyone to stay in this hotel

I came to Ranchi to visit with my friend, I wanted a place to stay for one night, my friend told me to go to Crystal Residency Hotel and check once, my mind was for 1 day, but the weather there was awsome nd room service is to good.

Food is good. Both Veg and Non veg. Staff is courteous and supportive. Rooms are neat. Some seems to be renovated. Some of us may feel that the room tariff are slightly on the higher side. Parking is available in front of the hotel. Security is present 24/7.

The room is good. Service is good. There is no hanger inside the toilet. No exhaust. But on the second evening of the stay repeatedly someone was trying to open the door from outside by moving the knov. When complained, the receptionist said that he will look into it and said that a boarder earlier stayed in our room is making the mistake everytime. It went on until 11pm. My mother accompanied me in this trip was very scared. I finally told the receptionist that if this happens again I am going to call Police. It stopped then on as he posted security guard in our floor. I will think twice before staying here again.

Service is good, food is good, rooms are good but their mindset is outdated and not clear about what their policy is. What you are reading online about their policy will change when it comes to the ground reality. End up paying double the price. It's a 3 star with a mindset of 1 star. The rest of the things are very good

The rooms were cramped with smelly toilets. The people try to provide good service yet it's not satisfying because they don't have the necessary requirements (for eg. Kettle). And the morning breakfast is the worst that you can get. Maida poori, bread and a small cup of copy. They call this buffet and charge 150.

Crystal Residency Hotel is on the main road next to Rajendra chowk and Macchil park. It is also connected with main areas of Ranchi particularly Doranda area. Being in this hotel for couple of days were good experience. The food they serve was ok ok but with good hospitality they listened its customers well. I am giving a 3 star just cos of hospitality, guest attention, listening to people though they didn't serve food in the need. I didn't find the chapati well which needs a major change. Experience over here was ok. I enjoyed. Do visit and enjoy too.

Good, neat and clean and economical hotel for a short stay in the center of the city

To be honest i went here after quite a very long time. They have completely overhauled their restaurant, the look, feel and ambiece has completely changed, it has become more retro now compared to the contemporary theme it had earlier. The food was also really nice, triwd chicken chiile and it was well prepared, not overly spicy, and the portion size was also good. I had indian here, the Chicken Butter Masala was also prepared well, and so was the naan, although i would say the Lacha Paratha could have been slightly better, but nothing to complain about. Overall a good experience, would surely recommend.

I stay in this hotel from 25th to 31st Dec 2019. Room service is excellent and the behavior of every staffs are down to earth. Rooms are well maintained and the foods of the restaurant was delicious.

Very nice and clean accomodation, and helpful staff with affordable budget. The location is very nice - near to railway station and airport. Food in their resturant is delicious. Will stay again when I come to Ranchi next time.

Clean hotel with good rooms albeit a bit small. The hotel didn’t seem to have its own restaurant and therefore limited service is available. The door locks seemed in dilapidated but working condition. Had a good stay overall.
