I hate the place and the people of this property. They have so dirty and conservative mind set that they did not allow me to stay over there. I booked from booking.com, but somehow I missed that they do not allow unmarried couple. I reached over there and they didn't let me in because of the fact. As I booked from the booking.com they told me to cancel that and I'll get my refund and I must say he instead me to pay before the staying. The owner insisted me to pay through Google pay 2 days before the stay. Then I had to take several follow up for the refund and he continued to argue me and finally he didn't return the amount. I travel all over the India but I didn't have faced this kind of nuisance and this kind of behaviour from any hotel. I don't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. I had to stay near by guest house for that night. If you are going to Ranchi then please don't stay over there.

Hotel prices always vary from 700 - 1200, Because this standard will not match to others visitors'. and the location is totally congested. I will suggest not come. and this is not also couple friendly.

First of all the rooms were not properly clean and there was stains in bed sheet and curtains. Bathroom was also not well cleaned. And lastly the staffs who work there should learn basis common sense how to talk with the guests. I would not recommend any one to stay in this hotel. Really a horrible experience.

Arham hotel is very good. Everything you need is almost thereby. Staffs are well. Overall good.

I think the major highlight of this hotel is how well mannered and humble the staff is. They take care of you throughout the stay. Rooms are good with all the basic amenities. The location is quiet and peaceful. If you are planning to stay within Ranchi for a couple of days this could be a great option as it has good connectivity.

Fraud!! Scam !! We were not couple but two single girls student and informed all information about us. Owner promised that they shall refund money if we don't get check-in. We reached hotel at early morning on pre-informed time at 5 am. But they not even allowed us to check in not even allowed us to use bathroom to us. They thrown us out of their hotel campus like we were enemy of them because they already got advance money. Be aware of this frauds never pay advance money to them. 😭😭😭

This is budget hotel and does not allowed unmarried couple to enter or you have to ask the management if they allow ... Based on my personal experience and difficulties i have im giving my personal reviews and rating.. The hotel is located in mg road of ranchi and near to gurudwara main road...the hotel has enough beds available and have good service...the staffs behaviour is good and the property is neat and clean ..you can go there with your friends and family....budget hotel but clean ...

Based in the heart of Ranchi City of Jharkhand, it's very near to Mahatma Gandhi Road in Ranchi itself. It's a budget friendly Hotel where you can stay in AC or Non AC well equipped room according to your choice. I stayed there two times during my visit to Ranchi itself and enjoyed staying there. Hope if in near future again I pay visit to Ranchi, obviously I will be availing room to stay for a memorable journey. Thanks to the Hotel Manager and staff for the warm hospitality.

The staffs of this property are along with with accomodation are pleasant and comfortable.

It's a shaddy old building in a dilapidated condition that is misty and moisty.

Good hotel. But in a very congested area. Staffs behaviour is good but they don't wear a musk.

Check in and check out is smooth, booking very simple. Staffs are very helpful and polite. Connectivity of the location is very good. Calm and quiet environment inside the hotel.
