Good Hotel Specially if u hv a train from Hatia RAILWAY 🛤 station 🚉

The attention and desire to serve in the best of the ability by the hotel was simply heart touching. I think this is what any guest would be liking to get the kind of warmth shown by the staff of the hotel. Its good to stay but some time water not coming in bathroom and I told the staff but no reaction against this, So I am little bit upset. Overall all is good to stay with family and food is good location wise hotel is good near market and staff is too supporting. The room service was pretty decent. Was worth the money. Complimentary breakfast was good. Room was clean. Hotel is very near to the airport. Not many channels on TV Would recommend for an economical stay.

Average. Rooms are very small. Service is good and staff very co operative. It's a low budget hotel.

Rooms were good but not managed well. Had to call housekeeping for water, towel, etc, which should have been already there. Food was okayish. Intercom not working on many rooms. Not recommended except for emergencies and no other vacant place

I reached the hotel unexpectedly at 5 in the morning, but the hotel staff welcomed me cordially, gave me a room at reasonable rates, very clean room, restaurant very beautiful, food tasty and healthy. hospitality superb. everything was nice. now I can recommend it as first choice in Ranchi.

Centrally located on the main road at Birsa Chowk, within close proximity of Birsa Munda Airport & Hatia Railway station. Nice & clean rooms, polite & cheerful staff.

Best Non veg items available here, Especially the mutton masala or the mutton curry. Cool place to dine out with family and friends. Staff behavior is also very sober. Must a visit place at Birsa Chowk Ranchi. Just try out

Worst service, staff don't know how to treat customer, all staff were confused. I have already booked hotel and at time of check-in, i heard comment from staff why r u visiting here, go sleep where u came from. I'm really disgust.

Staffs were courteous but basic ammunities like phone n tv were not working.

Disappointed with the service. No respect by the staff for guests. I hosted my sister's marriage and the groom's family were utterly disgusted with the behaviour of the staff.

Worst behaviour of hotel owner, he does not know to talk properly even and is running a business whose base is good behaviour, treated very badly to my relatives just for they came to offer me a home prepared food, did not even let us have food together. Treated very badly. Would strongly not recommend any family to stay here. And bachelors , just think if they behave to family like this, how bad they would behave with bachelors. Strongly recommend not to visit again as this was my last visit to this hotel. Would have given a zero rating if there could have been any option for a zero or minus rating.
