On checkout on 20th October we paid 50% of room rent on pre booking for 22nd October, 2021 for my family for check-in after returning from Netarhat. When we came to check-in on 22nd at 10-30 pm they had cancelled the booking and leaved us at a loss. The guys are so rough and ill behaving. Horrific night we had spent in other hotel. Never think about this hotel. They will cheat you.

Had a horrible experience here. I reached Ranchi on 24.03.2021 as I had my exam on 25.03.2021. On 25th while I was going to the exam centre,they asked me to keep the room keys with them. On returning I found that they opened my room without my permission and started painting the walls.All of my stuffs that were inside the room were all messed up.When I asked them how could they intrude without my permission,the lady told me they had this work to do and also added on that similar things happen in 5 star hotels as well. Although I have no idea which 5 star hotel open your room and start painting the room walls during the stay. Also the staffs keep on disturbing the whole day and they are so rude. PLEASE DON'T VISIT THIS HOTEL BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY. IF THEY CAN OPEN THE ROOM WITHOUT PERMISSION, THERE IS A RISK THAT YOU MIGHT LOOSE YOUR STUFFS IF YOU KEEP THEM IN THE HOTEL ROOM.

Hotel was good, it's near to railway station and bus stand also.. I stayed 4 days here, lift is working rooms are clean, satisfactory.

Room was full of cockroaches and the hotel staff entered in the room to take video of cockroaches for proof. Improper room service.

This is not a good hotel. There are many problems in this hotel . Room service is very very poor. I suggest to customer that not stay in this hotel.

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in ranchi. The room was so messy with dirty bedsheet. There were blood stains in the blanket. Uncleaned and unhygienic rooms were provided to me. The landline was not working. The hotel management was very bad. The guy first knocked the door then stormed inside the room without permission . Even if other hotels will be full, I will never ever step inside this hotel. The worst experience of my life.

Worst service...they keep the ac off from the main board...no cleanliness of the room for 2 days ...no hygiene...overall worst experience in this hotel..

Rooms are very pathetic. Cockroaches are roaming all over .geyser facility is not available in every room. But they will take money by saying that geyser is available in every room.price is high according to rooms condition. Totally unhygenic and staffs behaviour is very rude. Don't fall for their outside look. Waste of money

I personally visited there with my dear ones. I spend to write over there with some works in that reason. I personally find that hotel where is well maintained and with a good service. The best I noticed over there that there was the main sardaar ji was very polite who was the manager of the hotel. I had a great time over there with great food at hygienic room. It was a disgusting place to stay. They don't even deserve a single star. There was nothing good in that hotel. Everything which was provided by them was poor and ridiculous.

Very bad experience , service is very poor (24 hours running water from AC) We changed rooms after staying one horrible night .no drinkingwater provided by them

Recently I have visited Ranchi with family members. Unfortunately we were in hotel Bliss regency, because their behavior along with manager(Partha) is very bad. They always try to charge much money without providing good services. Besides the rooms they offer are also very bad condition(small and dirty). Don't go there, I again say don't go there.

Hotel rooms are good. But hot water doesn't come when it is wanted. Beds are unhygienic and have springs. But the behaviour of room service people are good.

So dirty and pathetic services I have ever seen.Bad sheets are yellow cockroaches are everywhere.
