I booked the hotel for 20’th May from Agoda. I got confirmation that my booking is confirmed but when I reached the hotel, the person in the reception said outright that we don’t take booking from Agoda. He didn’t even bothered to cross check my booking no. or name on his computer. I was willing to pay the due amount at the hotel but he said in a very annoying tone that we don’t have a booking for you. It’s laughable that they are a 3-star hotel and even the reception person does not have a bit of decorum. Never ever going back there or would recommend anyone else. There are far more better hotels at better price in the area.

Overall service is good but they are not active when you order something through telephone so not quite satisfied with them.

Situated in the heart of City'. Good Food and Quick Service. Recently renovated. I could visit this property after a long gap. Few changes have been done in the front area. The management has developed few shopping area in the front. The main entry is from sideways now. One can throw a good party in one of the dedicated meeting rooms. Overall 👍👍

Stayed four days at this Hotel for the purpose of marriage ceremony. The rooms were very nice, comfortable and spacious with amenities which is required during stay with Wi-Fi facility. Complimentary Breakfast was also very nice with sufficient varieties. Staffs were also polite, gentle with good behavior ready to attend without any delay. The overall experience at this Hotel was awesome.

Lalpur is a very congested place, and the hotel is on a short piece of land. Lack of parking slot. The banquet is good for a small family gathering.

It is located right at Lalpur chawk. Every amenities available with transport. Hotel room is very nice at that much budget and the service is also good. Only improvement needed that comp breakfast menu need to improve a little to attract more . And for liquor enthusiastic people it will not fit. But I always prefer this hotel for my convenience of official work .

Room service is prompt, but, disappointed during breakfast. Options are ok but nobody was there during breakfast who can refill the foods quickly. Need to search service guy for refilling breakfast options. Also, room quality could have been better. Not received dental kit after so many follow ups. Room cleanliness, bedsheet & towels cleanliness should be improved.

Food is good but service is average 😒.. i have done a party there.. i felt the food taste is nice but there was little shortage of the food at the last and sometimes in between. Secondly the manager is little to rash. Initially he was polite but at the end, his attitude totally changed and he just wanted to move us out of the place. That was something i just didn't liked 😕

Location is a plus point. The room we got was a spacious one & could accommodate 5 persons quite easily. AC ventilation seemed to be a slight issue & the basic toiletries like soap & shampoo aren't present (soap dispenser was of barely any use). Food was decent but breakfast buffet was disappointing ( limited menu and taste was ok).

Worst service, worst behaviour of staff, pathetic room. Never ever think of stay or having any occasion. Simply waste of money !
