Good hotel, good service, staffs behavior is too good. Tasty food, affordable, 900 per night along with complimentry breakfast, no need to book online, go and book directly you will get cheeper than online. Located at Main road center Ranchi, good for short stay or couple to enjoy time. Mostly couples can be seen The only problem with this hotel is they close main gate at 11 pm so if you gk outside and comes late make sure you have phone number to coordinate.

Worst experience... dirty bathroom small size rooms... ac isn't working room service was worst at parts.. food was not at all good... n ill mannered staffs😑😑

The place is good old, so much need to renovation, services are getting bad day by day, bathroom equipments are clogged or dirty, the only good thing about this place is that it's staff behaviour.

I enjoyed my stay.. it is the safest place for couples.. the food was very tasty and I enjoyed it...staffs were very cooperative and friendly.. one thing I would like to point out is the room in which I was staying, the tap in it's washroom was broken..apart from this everything was very good..

This place is located just opposite to wool house U can book rooms from many booking sites like goibibo, oyo, agoda, booking.com, mmt Otherwise u can visit thier hotel personally they provide room @999 Chekin time is 12 am to 11 am but u can late for half and hour by telling them U can book through goibibo only they may have lower price than 999 Reception area is on the 2nd floor Receptionist was very helpful and cooperative I asked him for the price they advised me to book from them @999 or from any booking site, which one is cheeper Room was neat and clean They provide a queen side beg , two chair, one table, Ac, fan, almirah in a room My tv was not working so i asked them and they changed that Stafs are very cooperative They have lift and have power backup in case of electric disturbance but AC can't run on generator Good choice for family, couple and solo trip also There was no disturbance Room is medium size and good Bathroom was also neat and clean Room is almost sound proof 😄 U can order food from the hotel restaurant, They also provide good food Food price is reasonable I was going to rate 5 out of 5 but due to tv i am giving 4 out 5

We were a Sr.Citizen Couple scheduled to arrive Ranchi at 11:00 PM. We tried to contact the hotel through OYO Customer care number for several times one day prior to the arrival but without any result. We wrote emails also to the hotel but received no answer. We searched entire web to find the contact number of the hotel but couldn't get it. We saw a picture of the hotel and the neighbourhood which was not comfortable to us. Finally upon arrival at Ranchi we decided to let our money go and checked in a good hotel near the railway station.

What to told instead then everything is worse there. Bathroom need immediate maintenance. Needs to go by lift for hotel which is very old. Staff is good but no landline. U need to call them by mobile. Food is also not good

Terrible experience. I'm not sure why this room is still listed in Oyo. There is no water in washrooms and the staff use buckets to bring water. They also cheated me that there is water in washroom, and I trusted them and came to know in morning that there was no water. Hotel was also not so clean and so as the washroom. Worst experience of my life.

The Rooms had been ruined. It was Dirty. TV was not working. Bed Linen was not cleaned. Remote of AC was working. Intercom was not available. In order to keep the reputation of the OYO Services. OYO must check the facilities and its maintenance.

Location is good... Bt this location is too much crowded in the day time. At night there is no mod of transport will be available. The only option is ola or uber.

Staff behavior is good. Room service is available. Restaurant is available. Taste i s good but rate is very high.

Worst service ever they cancelled my booking and when I reached there simply told room not available then what is the meaning of advance booking at that time night 8:00pm what I will do with my family too much harrasment and mental stress I am advice to every one don't book this hotel otherwise you also suffer even Oyo also don't do anything.

Waste of money... Very bad service... Worst for night stay.. The receptionists are very 👿 staying here was one of the biggest mistake... If you want to have a night stay at Ranchi... Never consider it an option
