Better residential hotel but Front office Manager behaviour was very bad....They hate to Bihari ...they create a difference between Bengali and Bihari... proprietor of this Hotel Mr.Sunny is well behaved..

If the owner is reading this, please know your receptionist is going to get you through a big loss, he thinks visitors are fool by showing substandard rooms and calling them premium and charging extra. While better rooms are available at half your price, the receptionist do not care to show other rooms which clearly shows that it is not his loss.

Location is good , near to the station but no inhouse restaurant. You will get variety of food nearby... Room was ok.. not very good and clean...it's like cheap oyos....

Not great, not terrible. Booked a room for 500rs a night and it was a decent room. Few drawbacks like no gyeser, no filter water availability. I just had to spend a night before my exam and it was fine.

Worst possible staff behaviour. They have rudely ilbehaved govt employees of Jharkhand State, on official duty, tonight, 10th Feb 23, on the plea of order from DC, Ranchi, not to allow more guests in the room for any reason whatsoever.

They have illbehaved my daughter on official duty of Jharkhand state, and her visiting colleagues today on 10th Feb 23, and literally thrown her colleagues away from hotel, on the ground of some order from DC, Ranchi. This is miserable. Tourism department of Jharkhand should consider such behavior while renewing their licences.

It give generally excellent offices they additionally gives extremely delicious and yummy😍 here we can get both AC and NON AC room at a reasonable cost.

Really bad experience here..we had to change 3 rooms dirty unhygienic rooms.. no cleaning after 2 pm and and before 10 am... hotel staff is really unprofessional... food is satisfactory.. hotel staff will not show good rooms.. they try to let you have the worst room first... 👎

Budget hotel, you must be bergening, wifi working properly, overall good for family and office trip.

Rooms are small compared to the picture shown on net. When asked for extra bedsheet, they give you a wet one.

The owner seems sweet, but the workers are scamming money when the owner is not around. They will insist on booking extra rooms if three people visited their hotel. This happens only when the owner is not around.

Room service is nice . 5mbps wifi. AC is available. Geyser is available. Everything is tidy. Although the intercom doesn't work you can call them over from your phone. Good for couples with outstation ID. Near from Ranchi Railway Station.

Highly overpriced. Rooms are small and not worth the money that is charged for them. Construction and repair work was going on when we checked in, which made the experience even more unpleasant. When we faced an issue, the owner was very inconsiderate at the beginning and eased a little bit only towards the end after a lot of requests.

I booked that hotel for one night from 28/12/2022 to 29/12/2022 through MMT for business purpose. At the time of booking I already mentioned for early check-in at 6AM but when I visited there on 28/12/2022 morning at 7AM, they denied to check-in and told to wait till 12PM. The behavior of receptionist was not good and very unprofessional. So, I left that place, cancelled my whole booking. I booked another hotel and greeted hassle free check-in.
