Earlier Heard good things about this Hotel named Emrald... Ginger *** a famous name quoted over the name of Hotel Emrald . According to Earlier acknowledgements from friends & other enquiries, it was a good Hotel but now after Covid .19... Think it is either degrading down or is trapped in competitions ... As per my knowledge & understanding] ne can try this and if suited u can stay...it's up to you !! Means now overall an average kind of Hotel 🏨 ....

- Ambience is not upto mark. - Lifts (buttons) are not working properly. - Lift power tripping is very common. - In my room, TV socket had loose connection with a chattering sound. -One power socket beside bed was loose to plug in chargers - The flush push know was not present. -Bedsheets have stain marks. - Washroom drain outlets were clogged.

Nice hotel with great location onroad near to railway station as well as airport. Food is amazing here. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel's restaurant is also decent chicken kassa and sea food were very delicious. Rooms are big and pricing is also nice reasonable. I recommend this place for cozy stay

Based on the experienced and the local surveys i m giving my opinion and rating...the hotel is located near hinoo bridge... The emerald hotel is very good staff behaviour very good ...the rate is also nominal as the services offered by them.. One of my friend is working there and my house is located near the hotel.. Resturant is good and offered varities of items...

My Experience is not so good. 1. Room is clean fairly enough 2. Room service is very bad,no one pickup the call. 3. No any bath kit provided,I called many times. 4. Food is not so good, mosquitoes flies in restaurant,very smelly (try food anywhere else).

Location and hotel are decent. Staff is not very active in serving guests. They serve initially and then take a back seat. You have to help yourself with the second serving. Food - taste wise food was ok. However, the portions were very small. Half tandoori chicken at any other hotel in India comes with at least 4 medium size pieces or it is approximately half a Chicken, however, that s hotel has only two small pieces which is not enough starter for even one person. The chicken gravy that we ordered also came with be just two small pieces and one egg broken I to small pieces. Where in the world do you get egg in chicken gravy - Horrible combination. Pricing - pricing be wise it is very costly and that too when you see the portions served. They just rip you. Verdict - unless you are dying of hunger and all other options are closed, don't be go there.

This place is closed. However it's not showing on google we wasted our time looking for it.

Nice hotel for marriage party & for staying

It's on MGRoad, Hinoo Bridge , easily accessible from Airport & railway stations, inhouse amenities are good.

Located just near the port in city(perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The hotel staff are very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay.The service manager were very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms to good food and room services are grt. The morning breakfast of hotel was great.wen i say food was great(i mean it :))Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend dis hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret,just be there:)

Worst hotel experience. We didn't receive a key for our hotel room the entire time, and the service was absolutely useless. They refused to answer the phone at times and cut the phone on us when they couldn't provide service. Our AC was not working from the beginning of our stay and they did nothing. We were supposed to have a different room but they decided to change it last minute, and we got the worst room as there was no ventilation and the heat was unbearable. We fell ill from the heat as we had no option to leave since it was late at night. We asked for a different room and they lied, saying they will provide one in 30 mins. But in the end they said they had no rooms. I'm surprised this hotel has good ratings because many people were complaining the morning after our stay saying that their AC was also not working. The lift was also broken so we had to carry our suitcases downstairs because no one came to help up when we called. They did not apologize and instead were ignorant of us as we left the hotel. Stay in this hotel at your own risk! There is a very well chance you will get a bad room and they will do nothing about it.

My family had a horrible experience here. We recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Emerald, and I can confidently say it was a nightmare. From the moment I entered my room, it felt like I had stepped into a sweltering oven. The air conditioner, or should I say, the non-existent air conditioner, was completely broken. I complained to the front desk, expecting a swift resolution to this basic necessity. But instead, I was met with indifference and lackluster customer service. The staff seemed oblivious to the fact that their guests were suffering in their stifling rooms. It was as if my concerns were nothing more than an inconvenience to them. They literally ignored us all night To make matters worse, the management failed to provide any alternative solutions or compensation for the inconvenience caused. They seemed content with letting their guests sweat it out and suffer in silence. This level of disregard for customer comfort is simply unacceptable. If you value your sanity and physical well-being, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this hotel. My family was forced to flee this hotel after just one miserable night and go to another hotel

Nice hotel at prime location with proper hospitality, cooperative staff. But needs improvement in room. Overall it was nice stay at Hotel Emerald.

Fabulous service, nice place, nice location, enough parking space, safety, good staffs, good food, specially the Biryani and mostly the Emerald special Biryani. Value for money. Overall best hotel to stay and dine in at the specified tarrif. And the hotel is the nearest to Airport of its type.

A decent business hotel at Binoo Road, close to the Ranchi Railway Station. It's located on the main road and is 5 storeyed, complete with a restaurant, banquet hall, and ample parking space. The rooms are large in size with comfortable beds. The room service is good. Especially the food. Tastes great. They also have Suite rooms available. It's close proximity to restaurant nearby makes it even better for me. You can easily get Autos outside for local transportation. Only thing is the reception area is accessible by going down the stairs which will be a challenge for wheelchair bound people. The banquet is another level down from the main reception. Overall, it's clean and tidy and can be a good place to stay when in Ranchi.

It is nice with all basic facilities. Breakfast can be little better with more items to choose from. Room service is good especially food quality is good. Staff is also polite. It has open space in front.

Electricity problem, frequent power cuts and water too in bathrooms comes out black residue don't know why. Service is good and staff are also good.

Located at a prime location, provide parking has a great ambiance and food is way too good. I ate chinese and north indian food for my dinner it was very very good. Rooms were super clean and the staff was very courteous. I would give 5/5 to this property
