Nearby to Ranchi Railway Station. Rooms are good. Ac is working fine. Price is on the higher side. Poor room service. Staff behaviour is unsatisfactory. Wifi is not working at all.

A very mediocre hotel with issues with toilet locks, flush and hot water. Felt fooled and cheated as it was booked through a well known travel app. Rooms were very small. However the courteous errand boy Sanjay, tried his best to made up for all our grievances. Would advise fellow to traveller to book hotels at Ranchi after getting there. Plenty of them are available at cheaper rates.

The rooms are okay, the staff is very well behaved. But the maintenance of the room was not good. No clean bedsheets... There was no shelf in the bathroom and the fan either you can keep it on or just off... You can't slow it down.

From the outside you will think that the rooms will be 3 star type...but rooms are not good according to price...no geyser,no western latrine, no towel...for a cold drinks,they charged 20 rupees though its mrp was 20....even there was no purified water filter system So u have to buy package water Only the good thing is u will get free wifi and quiet good speed

All types of room available. In low budget room, nothing is good at all. Basin wasn't working. Beds were so ugly I loose the interest in taking photos. Room service was good. They deliver food and tea at room super fast. Food was average and costlier. Normal drinking water available but you should skip that and buy package water instead.

I went for dinner here and ordered Paneer Butter Masala and tava roti. It was so so. No taste at all. Roti is quite heavy. Food is costly especially roti. ₹12/- piece without butter. Though, they have mentioned free wifi but there is no mention of password anywhere. You have to ask for it. Supporting staff is not active and owner too is casual in approach. I wan not served with water at all. It’s like, they are doing favour to us by servicing foods. #Unprofessional

I wish there were negative stars for this hotels . The rooms are pathetic the staff is even pathetic. They do not understand the meaning of not disturbing the guest. On top of that the hotel reception guy thinks he is the richest person in ranchi. DO NOT EVER TAKE THIS HOTEL AT ALL

The rooms are classic. AC and non-AC are both kinds available there. The helper is very talkative. And I felt it was a bit congested(subjective). And also there is food available at the hotel. And the most important point is it is very near the Ranchi railway station.

The staff was very rude in behavior and they don't know how to deal with somebody/guest the rooms was so dirty i suggest don't go with your family such place,...disgusting staff

Rooms are not clean and every thing broken .. most importantly the cot are managed with bricks...

Stayed at the hotel in mid August 2023. Right after one year we returned there. A lot of development work are happening in the hotel.

There was no room boy for service, The washroom was very dirty, The bedsheet was torned, The Owner of the hotel Sardar ji didn't bother to look into the complain made to him, we have taken two rooms for our family for few hours only and they charged Rs. 2000/- for each of the room but believe me the quality and the standard of the rooms were below standard it was very much overpriced. I will not recommend anybody for this hotel.

Very bad and dirty linen, there room service asks for money in personal.. and that too without giving you zero room.service .SO be aware they come and ask for room.service charge
