Spending a good time their, enjoying great buffet service at breakfast. Great deal from OYO. Couple friendly and not too expensive. clean and hygenic. The cons i have faced are - water leak from AC, but hotel's response is not bad & all channel are not available in TV. Apart from these minor problems , everything was fine.

Hotel Pratap is good in hospitality and hygen it has a lot of area for parking and it will give u honour and respectful welcome . U will love this place just at affordable price.

It's a so so hotel to stay for a night. Rooms are tidy. Space problem. Try to maintain the cleanininess but you can found insects in the room. Breakfast is complementary but limited options. Behaviour of the stuff is good and fast service. Overall experience is OK. Location 9f the hotel is best part. Just opposite of the pantaloons shop.

This hotel is having a tie up with oyo and they are unnecessarily shifting my booking to some irrelevant hotel,, this is the worst place to visit, they canceled the booking at the last moments,,, this is the worst hotel and services they have ever provided, even though they didnot even provide the services,, they are fraud and not even refunding my amount ,,, kindly go with my review,, they fraud hotel and a fraud company oyo

Hotel Pratap Residency is a superb hotel to stay and have there meals etc. Family, couples, etc. I stayed there for a day and it was overall a good experience as I went with with my grandpa & two brothers so we brothers stayed in same room and yah we enjoyed a lot there. And had our breakfasts there too. Overall a good place to stay. Just have a look there buddy. Some cons like water leakage from AC(lol it was like small pool) anyways not a big issue. + It has tv with every channel subscribed.

over its a ok ok hotel... allthough it's a decent property but no so clean. Can do better given the location and construction of property.

First of all, the receptionist was very unfriendly, indifferent and full of attitude. Ya to fir uska shakal hi aisa hai. According to the price, the room was very expensive. Curtains were very dirty. The curtain knobs were all broken. Bathroom mirror was very dirty. For more than 1 person, they had provided only 1 towel. The quilt was very dirty. Coffee, tea bag nothing was provided. Only a kettle was there. Itna paisa lene ke baad doosre hotels khud hi provide krte hain. Kul milakar room facility ke hisaab se charges bahut expensive tha.

Very expensive according to room conditions. Very bad bed sheets, towels are also dirty. The receptionist was very rude full of over attitude which is very bad for the hotel. But the only best part is the location thats all nothing is good about the hotel

Rooms are good, clean but staff behavior is not good at reception. Food is very good at restaurant.

Had a bad stay for 2 days, was overbooked, poor infrastructure, messed up appliances that did not work, bad bathrooms, no cable, no wifi for a day, avg food, but only the service was worth surviving. Not recommending for business travellers.

First we look at reception they took less time for check in.. In Room Everything is neat & clean. I prefer this to book through OYO.

It's a very good place to stay in as per the location... Only thing in which the faculty lacks is the service, rest all things are up to the mark..the rooms are also spacious as required..it's my personal experience of being there for 2days rest it depends on the person who visits.

Good hotel with good lodging facilities. Owners of this hotel/lodge are very cooperative and nice people. As we did not taste the food in this hotel, I cannot comment. The cofee and tea served were very tasty and good. We had very nice stay there from 25th to 28th instant. Hotel is located in an important area in Ranchi.

Nice hotel to stay. I stayed 8 days. Breakfast can be developed with more menu as per the charges. Not tasted the dinner but the lunch was good. Cost is comparatively high for lunch.
