Hotel manager denied to check on the booking amount of OYO, she asked me to pay extra Rs. 300 for the Room. Refund is still pending.

The only thing I didn't like about this hotel is too far from the main road. Otherwise, I had a very good experience.

My experience was very bad, After booking with OYO they charged extra for staying on Hotel. Service was very poor. They calculate one thing many time and tooks long time to calculate simple mathematics and will say sorry sir I was wrong you have to pay some more charges. Overall worst OYO Hotel. 🤮

Frauds !! Be ready to pay extra after booking online. These cheats will not give you check-in even you have paid full amount online and extort extra money out of your pockets. That time, even OYO won’t help you. First time in my life, I have paid extra at reception for hotel check-in. Rooms are too small. Check-in is not at all smooth. Towels are dirty Flush wasn’t working Pathetic situation. My response to your comment: I called OYO twice during check-in and spent around 30 mins, but you did not resolve the matter. It is not possible for any customer to keep following up with you indefinitely - you have to resolve issues within a timeframe.

Nice clean rooms...clean bathroom...ac, tv, wifi available...good behaviour and fast response to all needs. It is also a true example of women's empowerment as the hotel is managed by a group of women.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at this affordable price. Service was very good and promt... No complaint whatsoever... Moreover more female staffs representing women empowerment is very impressive..

Pros: You will get your privacy and the rooms are too good at this budget. Little interior but main road is just 5-10 minutes walking distance. In budget, This is the best hotel you can stay. My rating is low because if you book it online via any portal, You are definitely going to face check in issues. They have no cordination with mmt or oyo and if you have applied any voucher or coupon to book your stay They are either going to deny checkin or You will have to cancel your booking and pay the hotel directly. Staff is very less.

The receptionist behavior was too good. Room was excellent. Very good atmosphere. Food was very bad. You have to improve on your food qualities. Good stay.

Had a very bad experience, AC was not working and seperate washroom.The guy at the reception was kinda rude.Its around 700steps from the main road.

I could say it's one of the best hotel in Ranchi, especially the staff in the hotel are so humble, polite, generous, kind, I thank Ms Bilasi Samad, Ms Madiya and other staff for their excellent service.
