DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED. Don't get carried away by looking at pics posted by the hotel. My friend and I were made to CHANGE ROOMS THRICE. AC WASN'T WORKING. Rooms and washrooms were of PATHETIC condition, UNHYGIENIC and SMELLED OF CIGARETTES. Faulty UNREPAIRED faucets in washroom. EMPTY BEER BOTTLES FOUND INSIDE THE CUPBOARD OF ONE OF THE ROOMS. In 2days, we stayed in 4 rooms 104, 405, 409 then 408. This is how we were harassed. WORST STAY EVER. You will be happy to stay Churuwala Inn (compared to Oxy Heritage) which is just a walking distance away from this rubbish hotel.

Pathetic service , pathetic staff.....will never ever book any oyo rooms in future neither would recommend to anyone. Most disgusting hotel chain that i ever came across. Please avoid booking rooms in oyo these people are literally scamster, they are just here to make money and they dont even care what kind of service they are providing to its customers. I strongly suggest that whoever the concernerd authorities are should look into this because anyway this business is going to see its end in near future. On very First day They provide us Room no-104,But next they come to my room and said I have to leave that room because of there is some marriage regarding booking...Next day they provide us Room No-405 which is Non- AC room and AC is broken,Unplugged and I found 3 emply alcohol bottle in this room...After complaining they provide us Room NO-408 on that room Main door is not locked,Again I complaint the issue they Provide us Room No-409...where I can found that Flusher is not working and even water flow is too poor in main tap...and washroom is tiny and awful..Utterly dissappointed for this kind of service...Please check the pictures I have attached with this feedback...

Payment doesn't match with service, worst service, they don't know how to manage, only open the hotel and sitting there to take money, once the money taken, no responsibility towards customer, worst hotel service in my life

Worst experience ever, this hotel chain is just cheating with public and Oyo is helping them in doing this. Not a single good review they have on Google but still Oyo is continuing with them cause at Oyo site their review are good and i am pretty much sure about this that Oyo reviews are just fake

It's not a hotel...lift, geyser,room keys all non functional. A mini cup of tea costs Rs. 50. And if you give them more, they don't return the change. A very shady place. No restaurant also, they will bring Breakfast from across the street from a stall.

I went there for business purpose. The bathroom door of the room alloted to us was not functional and could not be closed properly. The room was unclean and unhygenic and there were a lot of dirt under the bed. The service was poor, towels were not changed on a regular basis. Okay for one night stay but for longer stays it is not suitable.

Worst hotel, there was bedbugs in the bed and the couch, was itching the whole day and I got allergic symptoms. There was no proper light in the bathroom.

They accepted booking through Oyo but after reaching they told no rooms available and told us to go to their another property in Ranchi whose room is not good at all. Try to avoid booking Oxy heritage

Worst Experience... Location is also not safe... unhygienic place. Room Service was poor & Washroom was like hell. I won't suggest anyone for here...

Very poor. The room is not clean at all. Bedsheets are dirty. As soon as we entered electricity went off and we had to stay without ac.. total waste of money. Not recommended to anyone.

Why this hotel is in existence it should be abandoned . It's a scam in the name of hotel, worst !worst !worst! . I just wish I had never booked this they literally made me cry coz of their service they need to understand that if a guest is visiting he has some expectations but no they are not responsive at all, they made us wait outside hotel in the middle of night. Worst hotel in ranchi ..room was very small in and window glasses were broken ,wall was not painted ,like papdi nikli hui thi diwal se,1 2light was not working ,lift doesn't go to ground floor, service was not good ,room ac don't work,they don't even have a remote of ac..bathroom ventilator were broken ...bucket in bathroom was very dirty..i recommend everyone not to stay ....photos which were shown in oyo website was not true as per room ..totaly waste of money

Small shabby compact rooms, where the whole floor is stinky. No locks at the door, rugged furnitures, not a comfortable bed to sleep to, got rashes all over coz of bedbugs. Pathetic place to stay!

Trust Me . This hotel is a scam You have many other option in Ranchi. But just dont go here. Everything about this hotel is shady and overpriced.

Demerit of this hotel…. 1. Staff behaviour is not good 2. Not fully clean & hygiene 3. Geyser is not working 4. Pillow should be more 5. I paid for Breakfast 150 rs during booking but he provided only puri sabji rs. 20 6. It’s too much costly as per other compression hotel. I think it can be better if they would provide ..as per given above demrit points.

Rooms are neat and clean. Behaviour of the staffs were very polite. Easily accessible.
