It is near Indraprasth Gas Agency. Very close to Ranchi Railway Station . An average kind of Hotel. However if u have a train at such time like very early or very late night train one can stay over here . Outer look wise is OK Ok . Not recommended. The booking was done through online, the very next day I wanted to continue till 19:00 hours (so was charged for full day). But the concern’s are, 1. The executive in the reception was continuously calling to vacant the room. My question is why should I ? When I have paid the full amount for full day, I can vacant as per my convinient. 2. Thirty minutes before check-out, I called the reception and asked to keep all the bills & supporting documents ready. But nothing was ready at the moment. 3. After explaining, repeatedly making mistake in the bill over and over again in the same parameter, and when a sample was also already infront of him. And when asked him to rectify the same he bahaved rudely. So I took the picture of the guy to post review with his picture enclosed, and he started shouting on me. Seems like the guy in the reception was not having any idea of the work to get done properly. 4. Two hours before checkout I called the restaurant for a takeaway and asked to provide me the same within sixty minutes, which I didn’t received and was also charged for the same. 5. Finally I had to leave the hotel without food & bills. 6. After a hour, an executive from the hotel called up and started to threaten for not to post the executive picture, when i refused the same he started to abuse me. And when I said he is in a recorded line, instantly hanged-up the call without uttering further. So, I am black-listing this hotel from my end from future usage. I don’t have any idea, how much the hotel authorities will look into the concerns and make sure that’s the same should not repeat. Enclosing the executive picture.

Worst experience....Ac was not property working.... Totally cheater.... At first they said the room will give at 1200/- after hear that i signed without any fill up... But i went to reception at check out time then they said it was not 1200/-.... It's 1800/- here my fault was that i did sign the bill without fillup and then they put 1800/- charge without any information after signed....

It was a very bad experience for me staying in that hotel.The rooms were not clean and hygienic.The non AC bus provided was in a very bad condition and we had to push the bus to start during the entire trip.

It was night mare to stay in that hotel. Rooms were totally different from the rooms shown in website. Unclean room. Cockroach 🪳 and insects were full in toilet. Toilet door was broken. Was unable to close. Bed cover was so unclean. Mirror was totally distorted. And food bill was tremendous high. 2 rasgulla cost 60/- rupees, 3 eggs cost 150/- Rs. Which is too much higher, keeping poor hotel condition in mind. Also they don't allow guest to enter hotel not even with a water bottle. A 15/- Rs 1 liter bottle they cost 30 and don't allow people to take food and water in hotel. Not even swiggy Zomato. People, please don't go for it. Wate of money, time and you will feel unsafe.

We were a group of members of 30 members, worst experience for 10 days. The management is so rude, they weren't polite, no proper food... And about rooms there were no proper AC is was broken. The rooms had lot of cocroaches and bed bugs and hive.. The lift wasn't working stops all the time. Had a worst experience with itt..... The management were seen that robbing things from the room there reason is like they come to clean the room. Only the security was good. So hats off for him. The worst things it they were smoking in the corridor

Bad hospitality. The staff and the lady manager are arrogant and rude. Cigarette odour when the rooms were given to us. Bedbugs and cockroach in the rooms. The complimentary breakfast is mediocre. The elevator isn't functional.

I don't want to give any Star... It's fraud... I hv booked online... Once i hv check in they hv taken 4hrs to recharge the TV and after that hole night was light cut... No fan no AC... Once i entered into restaurant for compliments break fast.. i feel ... I hv to go on streets for breakfast compare to resturant.. room service are poor... No maintenance... All beds and light are old... No Charing point at bed... Overall experience is please don't book this hotel.... Nothing is working properly... if you call for room' service no one will attend the call... if u want to take lift you have to wait for power... others wise you hv to take stairs.......It's my experience... Pros: clean rooms, location, complementary breakfast, well mannered receptionist. Cons: rooms are not well maintained, damp walls, 100 year's old AC, Door locks are not in proper working condition etc

As the saying goes ,"Do not judge a book by its cover, such was our experience in this hotel. . Rooms are not clean and hygenic .Cockroaches and bedbugs were found in the room . AC not working .Very bad hospitality .Hotel staff(lady) very rude and not co-operavitive .The non AC bus provided was in a very bad condition and we had to push the bus to start during the entire trip .We were forced to settle the bill one day before our checkout and the lifts were switched off the next day .

Not a place fit for family stay. Stayed in the most Premium room but electronic were not working in one room and in other room the place was in mess when I entered. Leftovers, bones, drinks all over the room at the time of check-in. Later in the evening noticed the tea kit missing and when requested was provided with 1 cup for a booking for 4 and 10 sugar, 10 sugar free and 10 leaf sachets but no milk sachet. I think they wanted me to have black tea. Pathetic service. Manager was not available for the whole day. Better look for an alternative place for your stay.

One of the best Hotel in Ranchi. Room service is quite good and behavior of staff is very cordial.

Rooms are old and needs servicing, but it's budget friendly considering its location, just 500mtrs from Ranchi railway station.

I'm giving 4 star being linient. The staff n other services are good but the room needs servicing and food charges are really pricey. 2 upma 1 plain paratha n 3 coffee costs 409. Washroom door needs latch as well. I stayed with my parents for hourly basis from morning to 20:30 pm. Apart from these it's close enough to Railway station as well.

I had a party orgnized in d banquet..all my guests liked d food .d taste was great n d food was always served hot..n behaviour of d staf.. was excilent.. although it was too late..

Do not get hoaxed into booking their premium room, it's just another "deluxe" room with additional floor space. The service staff is not even aware of the bare necessities - even after checking-in at 12:30, the rooms are not cleaned up. I personally had to wait 30 mins in one of their "premium" rooms for the home keeping staff to remove empty alcohol bottles left by the previous guest in the room. Coincidentally, the same "premium" room did not have a TV or set top box - staff set up TV in the room after cleaning up room. The manager was no where to be found till late in the evening. The other room booked by me, "deluxe" room, had a very small washroom and no shower facility. No premium services were offered by the staff - tea kit was provide in the "premium" room only on request. The tea kit had 1 cup, 4 tea bags and 20 sugar packets - how are 2 people supposed to have tea in a single cup ? Even we were to leave that, how is tea supposed to be made if no milk or milk powder is there ? The breakfast is very limited, usually limited to sandwich and puri-sabzi. Menu boasts of South Indian dishes but staff will out right decline the request saying that it is not prepared there. The hotel corridors also have a heavy alcohol aroma hanging around, with empty bottles kept in corners around the lift. My personal suggestion would be to consider this hotel only as a last resort.

Ac Regulator was not chilled. Room service was okay. Highly cost foods don't order food from hotel dining.
