Very poor condition of rooms Sockets are not in proper condition Washroom is too unhygienic Worthless and not at all money friendly

I have very poor experience with this hotel. The reception boy was very rude in behaviour. They are not allowed any discount which was claimed from Oyo. Although that boy take my mobile phone and he gave 5 star feedback from my mobile. Not only that he also fell down my mobile and broken the glass. Rooms are also very dirty. Cockroach is found everywhere. No room service is available. Phone line inside the room are cut. Naked electric wearing are there inside the room. I stayed in 202 room where I found bath tub inside the bathroom. It was full dirty water, and dirty smell covered the entire room from it. After informing this they are not doing anything. Please do not available this hotel.

Cons 1.Rooms are not given which I was expecting. 2.Bath Room was not good in condition and even commode flush is not working in my room-301. 3. Service guy/boy used to come inside the room when even I asked for any service, which is not at all ethical. Pro's 1. Hotel location is near railway station no need to book auto or cab. It will take 2-3 min to reach( if you don't have huge heavy and many luggage) 2. Food is okay okay 3. Hotel is allowing food delivery boy inside so you can call your delivery boy to deliver in your floor, no need to go down. Over all I can say invest go for best option if can really want to pay rs1000 .

Very Poor Hotel Management, The Manager in this Hotel is inattentive and unhelpful .. The boy working in this hotel is more or less corporative but is helpless.. The conditions of the rooms are miserable ,it is absolute not suitable for a Family stay... More over toilets are unhygienic and are having very dirty smell.. I advise everyone to avoid boarding at this Hotel..

Rooms are average . But they cheat people.. i booked double bed room from booking.com but they give me a single bed tiny room.. very pathetic service. They mentioned free wifi but nothing was there. Room's tv was defeated.. just regret for my booking. I forgot to mention oni thing a hotel boy came to my room in the morning and force me to give full rating to them.. i attached amy room's picture . As per booking.com this is double bed room..

Good place to stay. Price is affordable. Rooms are hygienic and aerobic. Location is good. Staffs behaviour is good.

I booked it in oyo, when i reached there, they showed me a room full of insects and dirty, there was no lock in the bathroom too.The wasbasin was also broken

No room services, once you pay the room rent (which they charge in advance) they didn't care about anything,whether u ask for water or any other things,tv not working,bed full of bed bugs.

Worst hotel stay ever!Hotel is extremely dirty with dirty bed sheets,pillows and lot of bed bugs.Maintenance is extremely poor and the manager is least bothered if any complain is placed.They will charge you in advance.Tv was not working and room is full of mosquitoes.Washroom stinks.Overall a big NO NO to this hotel!

Do not go in this hotel, also don't book online. They are cheating in online booking and didn't refund your advance booking. Rooms are not suitable and wash room is so bad. The manager talking rudely.

I am booked room through OYO. Lowest price same like Rooms, service and etc all are very poor quality. No lift. Fresh up purpose suitable night stay is horrible. Very near to Ranchi railway station every thing available outside the permisses. No car parking and even bike parking also. Cruod street

Absolutely disgusting 🤮 Unhygienic Room. My advice, never visit this place if you are searching for stay. They charged me 600Rs for just 12hrs.

Rooms were quite Unhygienic......staff was careless ..manager was good person..so i have to go down 2 floors just to complain with manager ......cleaning was good but not deep.

It was ok ok types. If you want a room just for staying without considering hygiene then it is good. As the beds were also not comfortable. But yes you can get this at cheaper rate of 600 for two person for a night stay. But they are not very responsible.

Staff service is not good at all, we have to call them 10 times. There is no lift and so if you are on 4-5 floor you have to go by stairs. Power supply was also not good at night.

Mobile network doesn't work except jio, rooms are very small but owner behave very nice

This is the worst hotel in vicinity of station. There was literally no facility of ventilation in bathroom. Room was so dirty and unhygienic. There is lot more hotel in this area better than this in low price.

Worst place .Not a clean place to stay , complained many times to change the bedsheets but they did not gave any heed . Oyo generally has a good ambience,but this Horas Regency rooms are very unhygienic.NOT RECOMMENDED even the pics which they have provided are not true rooms are not like that .

One of the best hotel experience. Friendly staff, rooms are clean. Railway station and bus stand both are nearby. You can order food and staff will get this to u.
