I will tell you what and how the hotel is : 1 . room - smelling and dirty. Very very dirty. Like, there's dust all over. 2: Bathroom - dirty, no soap ,towel is smelling bad and is old and dirty. 3: Receptionist : high on weed and alcohol. The other receptionist is deaf. There are under 18 boys working there and they are all high on weed and alcohol. They will tell you themselves.. all with red eyes. Can't even walk properly. 4: the lift : not working 5: frequent power cuts. 6: ac not working 7: telephone to call the receptionist: not working 8: tv: you don't really need to watch tv but it's not working 9: I had to extend my stay and the receptionist said it's 800. Okay. When I went to checkout ,there was one more punjabi guy and he said blah blah and that it will be 1600 and I had to pay it. Then he said it's a mistake and that there will be a refund. No refund yet. They are all liars and unprofessional, and always high people. ! Bad service. Bad people! Bad food! Bad and untidy rooms! Everything bad. I took so much time to write this. I must really be upset! Right? Right.

Don't book this hotel by seeing the ratings on OYO app bcz they themselves forcefully took my phone to give rating all by themselves without my concern. Let's come to the hotel room and services now... Firstly, the room provided was not at all like something they advertise on OYO. They kept us waiting for a long time and after that they provided us with a room that was not ready at all, there was no bed sheet on the bed, the pillow covers were dirty. Even they refused to provide the towels and an extra bed sheet stating the reason that they were out of stock.The blanket they provided was also too old with a foul smell. Secondly, the bathroom was also not cleaned.Even after booking a DELUXE room , it didn't have a comode but instead was provided with a half broken Indian toilet seat. The basic things like the shampoo, soap and hand wash was also not provided. Also I was not surprised that the T.V was just for show with no functionality. The parking experience was also horrible fr me.....after parking my car in the small open space (which they call as garage)at night, coming in morning I saw another car was parked just behind my car , so there was no way for me to get my car out. Naturally I had to wait for half an hour in the reception, after which someone came to remove that car parked behind mine. Anyways, I had a horrible experience after staying in this hotel where I went after seeing nice ratings on OYO. I wound never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Worst place only wine drinkers stay here and owner is very rude and rooms are very dirty and smell like potty but it is located near the ranchi station near the flyover .I would never recommed never ever.

Hotel is fu*king bad.. Don't ever visit this horrible hotel. Your vacation will be ruined. Punjabi Owner talks sweet , once you check in, he will start harassing. Staff behaviour is irritating.. Some one was talking about cameras inside room.. Horrible experience.. They looted us exactly.. Started abusing, physical heckeling. I request everyone not to visit this fu*king hotel even for a night

Pathetic place to stay. Don't even dare to enter this devil hotel where everyone is rude. AC not working, Washroom very dirty, no hot water, TV not working, Cocroaches & bugs all around the mattress & bedsheets, pillows are as if made of stones. Room smelling very bad. Owner is too rude and not at all with a hospitality mentality. Just sitting to loot people and talk rudely to customers. There are other good hotels around within the same budget.

Worst hotel that u will ever see in ur life. Never visit this hotel, the hotel deserves negative 5 stars. They charged extra money when i checked in, in the hotel with my gf and told to leave the place or else they will call the police. Such a bad experience. Never check in here. I request everyone not to waste money in this hotel. The manager and all other staffs do not behave well. Really bad experience.

This hotel has become the worst in the city now. They don't clean the rooms timely and don't even change the bedsheets if the customer has to stay for more than a day. Even if they come to clean in your absence, they drink the water from your bottle. The way staff communicate is pathetic. Deserves just half star but this is not an option. So 1 star.

It was the worst ever experience with oyo.. The room was very dirty..The blankets provided are very dirty with bad smell..The bathroom was not cleaned..Towel was not provided by the hotel..No soap n shampoo by oyo..Bed full of bed bugs.

First of all Service is very very very poor.I would have given 0 rating if possible. The wash basin's disposal pipe they did not repair at all after continuous reports. They didnot provide water with food at time. Tea was also served delayed. Very bad experience. Cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. OYO has also removed this hotel due to their rude behaviours.

Very bad behaviour of staffs and manager. Money laundering... No bills provided.. In some rooms fans not working... Some rooms lights not working... Lifts are very stingyyy... Slangs are used by hotel services... No refund.... In my opinion never stay in this hotell... Plzzzzz

Receptionist charges extra, there were no dustbin, broken tv, no chair, staff were very watchful in private matter, COUPLE MUST NOT GO THERE KNOWINGLY.

Door mat is not available in my room... Even after asking for door mat they did not provide us.. Exhaust fan in the washroom was not working and there was no dustbin also... But, behavior of staff is good👍

Very Cheap Class Hotel Rooms & Service Is Very Pathetic Which I Have Never Seen, They Only Want Cut Money From The Customers. I Order For Food And Get After 1.5 hours after many reminder. Ask Hotel staff for glass 2 times but didn't got. Not given anything in A.C deluxe room like towel, shampoo, shop, oil, dustbin, etc... Everything u heve to ask again & again then you will may be get or not. Tv was not working due to no pack recharged, i told to hotel staff he was always telling that I'm telling to owner but tv couldn't start in 2 day's. Hotel room and washroom very dirty. I have paid 1300 for one day's in this amount many more good hotel's available in ranchi. I don't refer anyone to visit there.....
