Worst Manager ever seen in my life. Act over smart so he should be replaced as soon as possible. He acts like an agent or dalal when he sees couples.

Wrost room in 1050 rs, smell was bad and people were not good even bed sheet and towel were smelly. Ceiling is swelled

Friendly, helpful staff, so helpful and polite. dinner was excellent !!! So delicious ❤️. Breakfast was excellent. So much to choose from. Beds great. Pillows lovely. Showers hot. Air conditioning worked great. Tv worked well. Could not fault our stay. This is the 2nd time we have stopped here. We had a 2 yr old child with us this time and she was also made welcome. Nothing was too much for the staff to help us. Would highly recommend!!!

worst hotel I have even seen. Will Recommend no one to ever visit there. First, I reached there at 8:00 pm in the evening,they started asking for double the booking amount to confirm the booking. On asking the reason they told, “I don’t know how this app booked your room in so low price, we don’t have rooms at this price”. After half and hour of argument with customer care, finally they agreed to provide the room. But the conditions of room was even worst. First they issued me a room where there was no locking latch for washroom. the wash basin was next to the bed, and there was no geaser also for hot water. On asking for replacement, they issued me another room. For the entire night, the fan was making loud noise. couldn’t sleep for the entire night. To add cherry on the top, you can also find dirty linens and lots of mouse roaming around the room who can eat your food items too. In Short, Worst stay ever.

Very bad experience..... Receptionist was very rude.... Due to his personal issue with religion his misbehaved very badly..... He has very cheap behaviour with female..... They don't inform about their issues before booking.... One of the worst hotel in ranchi. I'll suggest not to go in this hotel.

If I could give negative stars - trust me I would! I generally try to understand the situation and not leave absolutely negative reviews, but this place is an exception! The room was dirty with construction and was definitely not cleaned from the previous tenant. After asking for change of bedsheets, I was confirmed by the receptionist that it was done. I had to bring him to my room and show mud stains and curly hair on the bedsheets and ask him how is this possible that the sheets are fresh? The replacement sheets, although were freshly washed, were the colour of cappuccino. They probably have been using them since India got independence 😅 The staf were absolutely not friendly, the environment was so noisy I had hard time falling asleep. Upstairs it sounded like furniture being moved, downstairs someone was making smoothies and shakes up until 1am and on my floor there were very loud guests who were shouting to each other across the whole corridor and constantly walking around. In the morning, when it was my time to leave, I came down to the reception to find the person sleeping on the sofa. Mind it, I came down at 7am, not at the break of dawn. The parking lot where I parked was locked, so I could not even get to my bike. I had to call the manager and wait for a while to get to my vehicle. Also they could not locate my booking (luckily I didn't pre-pay), so I was charged a higher rate then I initially expected. Overall, a horrible experience, stay away from this hell hole like the plague, I mean it!

The rooms are very dirty, No toiletries available, Cleaning staff not available even during day time. You cannot get tea before 8.00am you cannot get food after 11.00pm Food preparation and quality is very bad. No Mobile Networks on ground floor and even poor network on first floor. Lift not available. Power backup not available. Near Kutchery Chowk is only advantage.

I booked through cleartrip a single room cost 795 INR But the Reception team charged me 200 rupees more. Main thing is Room is not properly clean. No towels & Soap in the room also washroom lock was damaged. Electric wire was open. I suggest pls do not choose this hotel. I give -1*

As of today, 28th Dec 2022, There's nothing good about the hotel except the location. +1 star because the staff is good. The owner of the hotel is a good man. He is getting it renovated. Hopefully in the future this will again be a good hotel as it was in the past.

2 star for good behaviour and avg non ac room, but when you come through oyo they provide you everything and i came directly owner said we don't provide things and all kharid lo bhaiya and they provide it to other i was not in a mood to argue ,ye kesa bhedbhav chacha non ac clean karwao sir.

Poor service room was not cleaned, windows lock wasn't worked properly, hotel building was also uncompleted, bed sheet was also dirty, there was no AC on the room and the window of the room was also next to the door, due to which People were getting to know that there is someone inside so that I did not feel privacy.😔😔

Sleep on the footpath somewhere on the side of the road or sleep in the station itself, but never book this hotel

DO NOT BOOK ROOMS AT THIS PLACE. I had booked a room from OYO in this hotel. I had paid the whole amount on the app. On arriving, the manager told me that I have to pay extra. I told him that I have paid the whole amount. After an hour of going back and forth with the manager and OYO customer care, they gave me an AC room without a working AC, no bedsheets, dirty room, no towels or pillows. When I raised the issue, they just didn't seem to care. They later told me that they don't have any other rooms available. So I told them why do they still show rooms available on OYO? They told me, "customer chahiye sir". After 3 hours of argument with OYO (who didn't give me a refund), they shifted me to a different hotel at 11pm at night. Overall rating: 0/10 Overall verdict: DO NOT BOOK IN THIS HOTEL

They denied online payment on Oyo booking and while complaint to Oyo they don't receive there calls.

Rooms were average but they are frauds actually i chose classic room and in that ameneties in the app it shows that it has ac but ac was not there and when i called oyo they were giving me 50 percent refund i think oyo is also fraud

Worst hotel of ranchi strictly avoid this one otherwise you can't imagine what consequences you have to face. staffs will torture you they will send your details to police without any reason. They will ask you your caste and then they behave accordingly.

An affordable place 2 live in. Situated at an ample distance from Ratu road bus stand. Raj bhawan, University of Ranchi, IIM Ranchi etc are easily accessible. I went to Ranchi for an interview, with my friends, & took a double bed room at a mere Rs 600 only. Bathroom was not much tidy. Hotel has the facility of meal on call,paid WiFi etc. Staffs are not that promising but good & cleanliness is almost average. Room was equipped with a wardrobe,Color TV & was well furnished. Still,the ordered meal wasn't satisfactory & if you are looking forward to a wonderful experience, it's obviously not the right choice you would be hoping for. Overall, value for money & not a bad place to give a try for once.

Exterior of hotel was very bad but interior rooms are well maintained. Everything fine but behavior of staffs is not ok very rude.

When I raised the issue,just didn't seem to care. They later told me that they don't have any other rooms available. So I told them why do they still show rooms available on OYO? Oyo are fraud company and also all hotel under Oyo are fraud .

Manager behaviour is also good. Treat the guest like a guest they will neglect all your mistakes. The staffs are awesome the really treated us like a guest not like the other hotel who treated them like a customer. Cleaniness is the major factor which disappoints me about the hotel.
