they have taken extra money i have booked from booking.com the amount they have shown me to pay was different and after check in the hotel were asking money...the staff behavior was not good they don't know how to talk with guest.. the room was unclean the mattress was so hard not able to sleep..the bed sheet and blanket was so dirty because of that i have allergy... worst experience... totally waste of money..i don't recommend any one toh visit this property

It was indeed a bad decision to book this hotel during my stay with my wife in Ranchi. At the stroke of midnight, there were a group of people thumping and banging the door commending us to open the door. We decided not to open it and called the reception. The staff arrived in sometime and informed that those were a group of drunk guys who mistook my room as theirs. It was a very terrifying experience for us and none of them were apologetic about what happened. Later while checking out, we discovered that the staff had erred while making our entries and was asking for the payment again which was resolved later. I give my thumbs down to this hotel where security is not taken care of. Please choose a better hotel which is more secured.

Nice decent hotel near by Ranchi Railway Station has a restaurant where you can dine food is also cheaper not much costly and rooms also available at different costs according to your requirements and comforts so I recommend this for short stay like I have stayed for a day and attended a meeting

Not safe for family....not a good hotel

The hotel KP INN is okay type. I write review of any property genuinely with most of the time with onsite evidence picture too so you can rely on those reviews. Location is deep inside lane back side of railway station Ranchi. Entrance gate is old fashioned. No elevator or lift to carry your luggage and load. Unscientific steps stairs are ther. Fire emergency inside the hotel room is not available. In untoward emergency situation hotel may fail to evacuate and save life. All air conditioner AC are windows fitted with good noise. Toilets are unhygienic clean. Rooms sizes are optimum. No separate seating in rooms but only one steel chair with tea table and cupboard. Again water heater geyser is very small of 2 ltr which is insufficient for continuous shower. TV set was not good. Bed was good one with sleek pillows 2 no. A dressing table glass. Issues mostly seems to be sanitation as per COVID-19 not done. No resturant but only kitchen to serve limited menu.food tatse was ok but spicy unless predefined.In night on my arrival no one was available at reception desk except gate keep security who assist me to check in. No wifi internet. Mind no personal attention to old age or health issues customer can accommodate Room service was poor.check real pictures. In nutshell 2400 Rs per night is not worth to pay. Better book other on road and distance hotels.

It's good for short stay.

Both the manager and the owner of this hotel are not good, the service here is also not good, when they say anything service for this, then these people are not able to get it separated, just like wifi etc. Very stupid staff and they don't know anything about hotel management. My rate lessden 0%.

Wanderful stay. Nice hotel with clean bathrooms and well maintained rooms. Hot water 24 hours. Hotel owner Sardarji is a genuine gentleman and all staffs are cooperative. Only This hotel has own parking in this area. Other hotels park vehicles on narrow lane.

A moderate type hotel.Anyone afford the price and service

Ahhh! Not a good one. The staff is professional and don't expect much from them. The hotel is average with some basic amenities. Only advantage is its proximity towards the railway station. So, up for an experience u will get better options. And if require a stay out of necessity mmm, yes u can opt for it. It will satisfy ur needs but keep ur expectations far off.

My rating is according to the Owner (Madam) who's behaviour was like we were the slave of her hotel. Apart from this all the staff and the owner (Male) was too good
