Building is a bit dated and definitely needs renovation. Lift here is a nightmare. Food is awesome and a must try. Parking space is very limited.

Rooms are cheaper then other hotels. Location is also very good. Best place for organizing birthday and other party. Very good staff behaviour and services.Provides party menu with the best In rate and quality food.

The worst kind of hotel I have seen and felt since last 10 years. Rooms are stinking, doors are broken, and service is worst. Specially if you take any food, it will surely upset your stomach and make you sick. Better go to a dharmsala then to go to this hotel.

Highly pathetic, service very poor. At 12:30 pm they don't have clear bedsheet and towel. They told that they will provide by 4pm. Also room are not cleaned, you have to ask for cleaning many times then only they will clean.

Stayed at the hotel for a day but the experience was too poor. The ACs don't work, bathroom looked like it was abandoned for a decade, bed bugs, no telephone to order from service, gloomy decor etc. I won't recommend!

Nice rooms . Beautiful interior and amazing artworks. Only problem in room in which I stayed was that the bathroom was not good, the flush was not working. Overall it was good for family stuffs.

Stayed for few hours. Bad experience overall. Doesn’t qualify for a 3 star rating. Swiggy can deliver faster than the room service or restaurant dine-in. Food quality is below average. Must get better option in same price.

After 2 horrible nights in Ranchi, I finally landed in a hotel that was kind and considerate and really understood what hospitality is really about. The lady at the reception, who seemed to be in charge of things, was very kind. She was also very helpful at giving me a corporate rate. The rooms were big and nice, though the hotel is going through renovation and it’s evident. The overall ambience of the hotel is good for the prices they were offering. The staff were nice. However, I did find it a bit annoying that they won’t knock and wait for me to open the door, and would either keep knocking or would try to barge in. Thank you for the stay!

Services was Just disaster. Tons of mosquitoes at night. And quality of food has been improved. I have visited just yesterday and noticed, they are working on only interior and decorations etc. But the main service thing has gone totally unattended. If you won't find and guy on reception, then please don't be surprised.

Very disappointing . Especially food. My stomach get upset after eating in a marriage party organised in the hotel. Same was the case with many other guests. 3-4 guests got hospitalized after having meal served by the hotel. Hygine is a serious issue in the hotel. You can see cockroach almost everywhere in the hotel.
