Management is worse, lady sitting in the reception has no manners to talk. We occupied the hall for tilak, their management staffs were seeing the ceremony. Just after the ceremony ends the lady sitting in the reception came and asked for money, though they can tell us before the ceremony begins. This is the second time issues came just because of that lady.

Best place to enjoy with family. Good food and best service.

I visited resturant. Which was not good. Even a simple sandwich is given uncooked. Service is also like no one is there to listen you at a time if you are the single person in the hotel

Worst hotel experience ever. The Room was hot like an oven because of large glass windows, untidy, broken floor, dirty and urine smelling bathroom. Rude and unfriendly staff, unwilling to solve issues and lastly the food, it was bad, smelling of used oil. Will never visit again.

Seriously the staff behaviour awful First of all we ordered 4 plates of chicken dehati And they gave us only 3 and started arguing with us that they gave us 4 plates and then we demanded to check cctv , they said ( they forgot password) highly disappointed..
